Participation and Eligibility

• A target will be given to the customer with timelines
• All financial transactions on IndusMobile App will be eligible for this offer
• Only transactions done through Current/Savings Account will be considered as eligible transactions
• The offer is only applicable for customers who have been communicated with the offer

Timeline
This is an ongoing offer. Indusind reserves the right to revoke the offer at any point of time.
Redemption
The redemption process will be shared to winners on their registered mobile number. The winners will get SMS within 45 – 90 days of the last day of target date.

Terms and conditions

• Customers will get gift vouchers (Amount as mentioned in the communication) post meeting financial transactions target on IndusMobile
• The redemption process will be informed only to the winners post transaction analysis by IndusInd 
• Indusind will not be responsible for any disputes related to the coupon issuing party or for the merchant for whom the gift voucher has been issued
• Gift vouchers will be governed by the terms and conditions as highlighted by the merchant or the issuer
• Only the first X number users who comply with all terms and conditions of the offer will be announced as winners (X as mentioned in the communication)

• Offer is only valid for customers who have been communicated about the offer
• Only transactions done through Current/Savings Account will be considered
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one bank account
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one customer ID
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one registered mobile number
• This offer is not exchangeable for "cash" or for sale.
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is for one time use and is not transferable.
• In no case whatsoever can the discount amount be refunded, encashed or partly encashed.

• In no event shall IndusInd Bank be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.
• The decision of the bank is binding on eligibility and qualification of a customer to the contest
• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction
• IndusInd Bank staff is not eligible for the offer.
