Terms & Conditions:

• This Offer is solely made by Clues Network Private Limited (“Shopclues”) under an arrangement with IndusInd Bank Limited (“IndusInd” or “Bank”).  It is open to all residents of India holding a valid IndusInd Bank Credit Card (“Customers”).
• Under this offer, customer can avail 10% discount on online purchases made using IndusInd Bank Credit Card on www.shopclues.com or m.shopclues.com or shopclues App during the offer period.
• Maximum discount amount per Card is Rs.1000/- during the offer period.
• Minimum transaction amount to be eligible for discount: Rs.1500/-
  (One thousand five hundred Only) per transaction.
• The Validity of the Offer is 21st April’17 to 5th May’17 (Both days included).
• Offer applicable on all categories and all sellers except ''Samsung mobiles ,Gold/Silver coins &  bars'.
• Discount is not applicable for Cash on delivery transactions.
• To avail the discount, customers have to pay in-full with their IndusInd Bank Credit Card and is not applicable in case of partial payments. In case, for any transaction if a customer uses ShopClues Gift cards, no discount will be applicable.
• In case a customer is using his or her IndusInd Bank credit card through a wallet service, this discount would not be applicable.
• Discount is applicable over and above any promo code promotions running on the www.shopclues.com, m.shopclues.com and shopclues mobile app.
• Discount will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer using IndusInd Bank Credit Card.
• In case of a cancellation/refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund due, while checking eligibility of the discount.
• All IndusInd Bank credit card customers except IndusInd Bank Best Price Card, IndusInd Travel Agent Card & IndusInd Corporate Card are eligible for the offer .
• Nothing expressed or implied in the Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.
• By placing an order, the customer accepts all terms and conditions specified on Shopclues.com
• IndusInd Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the product and services rendered by Shopclues, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold IndusInd responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the Offer.
• IndusInd Bank only offers discount on purchase of goods and services of the Merchant by using IndusInd Bank Credit Card and holds no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Shopclues.
• Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Shopclues before availing the offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the offers and it is no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of Shopclues.
• Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. IndusInd shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
• Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective participating seller of Shopclues and accordingly IndusInd in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
• Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered be settled with cash in lieu by IndusInd or by Shopclues.
• IndusInd Bank will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Shopclues or its sellers on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Shopclues and without reference to IndusInd Bank. 
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc. shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time of the offer period.
• IndusInd Bank and Shopclues reserves the right , at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it.
• Customers are not bound in anyway to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
• Any issue, dispute / complaint regarding the discount offer, products and services offered by Shopclues.com, its agents or representatives must be addressed by the Customer to Shopclues directly at 0124-4414888 and/or http://www.shopclues.com/support, Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
• Any query/issue regarding the offer will be entertained till 10th May’17. Post such date, IndusInd Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating thereto shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/ tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether any other court or tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer of the Bank.
• The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
