The Rewards Plus program will be offered to existing cardholders along with the selected welcome gift benefits.

Cardholders can avail the Rewards Plus program only once in a month

The incremental reward point’s accrual will begin for transactions done in the upcoming month. (E.g.: If the cardholder has opted for the Rewards Plus program in Feb 2016, the incremental reward points will be earned for transactions done between 1st to 31st March 2016. The fulfilment for such case will happen by 25th April 2016.)

• Cardholders can avail the Rewards Plus program only once in a month
• For the purpose of this Program, Spends would mean Purchase Transactions done using the IndusInd Bank Credit Card through Point of Sale (Card Present) Purchase, Internet Transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order / Telephone Order Transaction or Standing Instruction.
• Spends made using IndusInd Bank Credit Card during the program period will be considered for calculating eligibility under this Program. Only Purchase transactions will be considered as eligible transactions for the purpose of calculating achievement towards the Spend Levels. Cash Withdrawal, Balance Transfer, Fees, Interest Charges, Loan taken on the credit card and any transaction other than a Purchase Transaction will not be considered for the purpose of calculating achievement towards the Spend Levels. Spends made by using add-on cards will accrue in the account of primary Cardholder for calculating reward points under this Program.
• Maximum Bonus Reward Points under this Program will be restricted as per the grid per Card Account.
• Reward Points earned on all Cards including Primary Cards and Add-on Cards under one Card Account will be clubbed for the purpose of calculating Maximum Reward Points
• Only Settled Transactions i.e. Transactions done during the program period and which have been successfully posted into the cardholder’s card account by 20th of the month will be considered for calculating achievement under this Program.
• The Bank will not be responsible if a Transaction Authorized by the Bank has not been Settled by the Merchant.
• Bonus Reward Points under this Program will be Credited to Cardholder’s Credit Card account by 25th of every month
• Only approved undisputed Purchase transactions will be eligible for being considered under the Program. All transactions that have been carried out on the Card during the Program Period and reversed subsequently for any reason whatsoever shall not be considered while calculating Spends Achievement under this Program.
• If the Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder at any time during the Program Period or before the Credit of the Reward Points, all benefits under the Program shall lapse. This includes any relationship terminated either by the Bank or the Cardholder.
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Program by any other Program, whether similar or different to this Program or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
• The terms and conditions of the Program shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Card and shall at all times be read along with the terms of the Cardholder’s Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate at its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the Cardholder’s’ Agreement, then terms of the Cardholder’s’ Agreement to prevail the present conditions.

Welcome Gift Genesis Luxury – Abridged Terms & Conditions

• I shall be entitled to Genesis Luxury Gift Vouchers as welcome gift as per the fee plan chosen by me.
• These Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for select products at exclusive Genesis Luxury Retailer stores.
• Prices are listed at MRP (Maximum retail price) and include taxes and levies.
• The products are subject to change at the discretion of Retailer. Please refer to Retailer for the updated list of products.
• Only the value of the Gift Voucher will be borne by IndusInd Bank. Any value exceeding the value of the Gift Voucher is tobe paid by me using my IndusInd Bank Credit Card directly to the Retailer at the time of purchase.
• Within 15 days of payment of my Joining fee and settlement, I will be sent the Gift Vouchers on my registered mailing address.
• I shall be solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the Gift Vouchers. IndusInd Bank and Genesis Luxury will not be responsible for any refund of the joining fee or replacement of the lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers.
• Each Gift Voucher shall be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The validity of the Gift Voucher cannot be extended.
• These vouchers are not redeemable against cash and refunds.

Welcome Gift Oberoi Hotels & Resorts – Abridged Terms & Conditions

• I shall be entitled to Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Gift Vouchers as welcome gift as per the fee plan chosen by me.
• These Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against specified number of room nights as per the category of the hotel as mentioned in the grid in the detailed Terms & Conditions.
• The vouchers cannot be redeemed during black-out dates (13th August, 2016 - 15th August, 2016; 20th December, 2016 – 5th January, 2017; 26th January, 2017 – 29th January, 2017).
• Reservations are subject to availability of rooms allocated to this offer at the time of making the booking.
• More than two certificates cannot be used in one stay.
• Please carry this certificate to the hotel, photocopies will not be accepted.
• Any stay exceeding the mentioned number of days as per above grid has to be paid by me using my IndusInd Bank credit card.
• Within 15 days of payment of my Joining fee and settlement, I will be sent the Gift Vouchers on my registered mailing address.

• The bookings will be based on the availability of the rooms.

Welcome Gift Satya Paul – Terms & Conditions (Abridged)

• This Voucher is valid for 6 months only from the date of issue. Please note that no extension will be allowed
• Partial amount of this Voucher cannot be redeemed.
• This Voucher is Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• If this Voucher is lost/stolen/mutilated/defaced, the Company will not be liable for compensation, replacement or redemption.
• Product once sold against this Voucher will not be taken back under any circumstance.
• Vouchers are valid only on select list of stores. Please refer to the back of the voucher or www.indusind.bank.in to see the list of outlets where the voucher is redeemable
• Only that Voucher will be accepted which contains Valid Sr. no, Date of issue and signature of the Store Manager.
• Liability of Company in case of any dispute is limited to the value of product only.
• This Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
• Valid for all merchandise sold by the Company.
• Only original Voucher must be presented for redemption.
• This Voucher is non-redeemable on product sold under the end of season sale scheme.
• No guarantees or liabilities regarding product for shrinkage/ color fastness/ fancy prints and embellishments.
• This Voucher is non-redeemable on limited edition product and other selected product as may be decided by the Company.
• Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
• Voucher-holder can opt for a higher value product at the store but IndusInd Bank shall pay only the value of the voucher & the eligible Voucher-holder shall be liable to pay any differential amount directly to retailer at the time of purchase by using their IndusInd Bank credit card.
