Heritage Walks - Terms and Conditions

• The complimentary heritage walks/tours (“Tour/s”) is/are conducted by IndusInd Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) exclusively for eligible Non Resident Indian (“NRI”)customers of Bank who hold active operational accounts with the Bank (“Account/s”) as on the Request-Date (defined hereunder) (“Customers”) and who are permitted to participate in the Tour subject to (i) the Bank’s policies, and (ii) the applicable laws (“Participants”).
• The Bank reserves all its rights to engage and/or terminate at any time external parties/third parties who will conduct the Tour for the benefit of Participants (“Bank’s Vendors”).
• The Participant shall be solely responsible for his/her own safety and well-being, along with the safety of any other person/s that the Participant may be permitted to accompany on the Tour.
• The Participant shall adhere to and comply with all terms and conditions governing the Tour, including any verbal instructions and processes of the Bank’s Vendor/s.
• Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, physical ability of the Participants, restrictions by the government, authorities, applicable laws etc. may dictate changes in the Tour either before the Tour or while on the Tour. The Bank and/or Bank’s Vendor/s reserve/s the right to change the schedule (or any part of the schedule) of the Tour at its/their sole discretion, in the interest/s of the Participants' safety and general well-being, internal policies of the Bank, internal policies of the Bank’s Vendor/s and/or as per applicable laws.
• To  participate in the Tour, the Customer/s should send  a request to nri@indusind.com from the email id of Customer which is registered with the Bank (“Request-Email”). The date on which such Request-Email shall be received by the Bank shall be referred to as the Request-Date. The eligibility of Participants shall be determined by the Bank strictly at its sole discretion and/or as per the processes of the Bank.
• In all matters relating to the Tour, the decision of Bank shall be final, conclusive and binding in all respects.
• The Request-Email should contain Name of the Customer, India-based Contact Number of Customer, Date of Tour, City of Tour, Tour Name, Number of person/s (Maximum 4) which the Customer proposes who intend to participate in the Tour. The maximum participants permitted per Customer is 4. A Customer is entitled to opt for a maximum of 3 tours.
• By participating in the Tour, the Customer  is deemed to have authorized Bank to share the Customer’s/s’ contact details with the Bank’s Vendor/s and further permit them to get in touch with him/her in connection with the opted Tour.
• IndusInd Bank neither warrants nor represents the quality of goods / services availed by the Participants. Bank shall be neither  responsible for nor be liable for nor guarantee the quality of services  of the Bank’s Vendor/s
• Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury, death or impairment that may be suffered by any person as a result of  participating in the Tour, whether or not a Participant.
• The participation in the Tour shall constitute deemed acceptance by the  Customer of all the terms and conditions governing the  Tour.
• Customer irrevocably agrees and acknowledges that IndusInd Bank makes no guarantee or warranty that the Bank’s Vendor/s shall honor the  Tour. Accordingly,  the  Customer/s shall not make any claim or seek compensation against Bank in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to non-fulfillment by the  Bank’s Vendor in connection with the Tour.   
• Any dispute/complaints/ grievances as regards the quality of the products and services are to be taken up by Customer directly with the Bank’s Vendors   
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this  Tour by any other Tour, whether similar to this  Tour or to withdraw  the tour altogether without giving prior notice.
• Any disputes arising out of this  Tour shall be governed by Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
