Introduction:

The IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought an exclusive offer in association with Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd (‘Vouchagram’) for its select Debit Card customers holding a valid and active debit card(s) [RuPay, MasterCard, Visa] issued by the Bank (“Cardholder(s)”). The Cardholders will get a brand voucher at a discounted price

Offer:

Cardholder(s) can get discount worth Rs.99 across Brand vouchers of top brands such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ola, Swiggy, Hotstar & many more by using a coupon code and paying remaining amount using IndusInd Bank Debit Card (‘Offer’). Participation in the Offer is voluntary

Offer Eligibility & Validity:

• Cardholder shall be resident of India
• Offer will be made available only for pre-identified set of Cardholder(s), who will be communicated the Offer via SMS/ Email/ Indus Mobile App notification & WhatsApp
• Offer valid from 1^st November 2022 to 31^st March 2023 (‘Offer Period’)
• Customer must apply coupon code shared by the bank while availing the offer, at the time of purchase, to be eligible for instant discount
• Per Card only one Coupon Code will be given by the Bank

• Offer is applicable on minimum voucher denomination of Rs.100

Disqualification:

Dormant and/or freezed and/or closed accounts shall not be eligible for the program

• Get Rs.99 discount on minimum Brand vouchers denomination of Rs.100 on shopping with Debit Card. Use coupon Code shared in SMS/EMAIL/INDUS MOBILE APP notification before checkout to avail the offer

• Coupon code can be used only once
• Balance amount, post discount, if any must be paid using the IndusInd Bank Debit Card
• The Bank may at its sole discretion extend the Offer Period or revoke the Offer earlier as it may deem fit.

Other T&C

• All queries or complaints regarding the e-vouchers purchased through the Platform, will be resolved by Vouchagram directly. The Bank will not be liable for any issues raised by the Cardholders and/or Vouchagram in connection to the e-vouchers purchased through the Platform.
• Regular Debit Card Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply

• In addition to these terms and conditions, e-voucher(s) shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective Brands
• E-vouchers will be effective from the date of its purchase by the Cardholder and shall be valid till the validity period mentioned on the said e-voucher.
• The e-voucher once issued to the Cardholder under the program cannot be cancellable and is  non-refundable.
• Any amount of e-voucher which remains unused by the Cardholder beyond the validity period of the e-voucher, shall stand lapsed and ineffective automatically and will not be specifically communicated to the Cardholders.
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice
• Any dispute as regards the quality of the products and services are to be taken by Debit cardholder directly with the merchants
• The Bank shall not be responsible of the fitness and/or quality of goods purchased using the brand voucher.
• The Brands are being offered solely by the merchants and the Bank is not selling / rendering any of these products / services. The Bank does not endorse any of the products of the Brands  made available by Vouchagram to the Cardholders under this program
• The Cardholders agree to carry its own due diligence before availing the e-vouchers of the Brands and the products offered under this program
• Pictures of products under the Brands sent to the Cardholders either through mailers or advertised on the Platform, are for representative purpose  only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products of the Brands. The Bank will not under any circumstances be responsible to the Cardholders for the same
• Please read the terms & conditions of all the Brands carefully before you make a purchase of any e-voucher, as  e-voucher once  bought by the Cardholder cannot be blocked / exchanged / cancelled
• All applicable Government duties, taxes and levies including but not limited to  GST, TDS, any local Tax, Octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholders
• This program shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time
• These terms & conditions of the program shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai

• Login using your registered mobile number
• Enter the OTP received on your mobile device
• Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose gift card you want to redeem. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon
• On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (gift card/benefit value) and quantity of the gift card
• Apply the coupon code as shared in SMS/ Email/ Notification of the offer
