Open an NRI Savings Account and feed an underprivileged child for 2 months (“Programme”).

IndusInd Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) will contribute to Akshay Patra Foundation for each eligible customer of IndusInd Bank Ltd. (“Customer”) onboarded during the Programme Period that will help feed an underprivileged child for 2 months; and the same shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions:

Programme shall be valid between 1st Dec 2021 and 28th Feb 2022, both dates inclusive. (“Programme-Period”).
The eligibility criterion of Customers shall be subject to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) rules, regulations, guidelines and/or circulars issued from time to time, the internal processes of Bank, and all applicable laws.
The following Customers shall be eligible for participating in the Programme, namely, eligible Non Resident Indian (“NRI”) Customers who have applied either for opening a Non Resident External (“NRE”) Savings Account with Bank. and/or Non-Resident Ordinary (“NRO”) Savings Account with Bank (“Account/s”); provided that the Account/s are opened and operational during the Programme-Period.
In case an eligible customer opens both NRE Savings Account and NRO Savings Account with Bank, then a single contribution will be made.
In case an eligible customer holds one or more Account/s in joint mode of holding, then a single contribution will be made.
Customer/s submitting a duly completed and signed application form for opening the Account/s during the Programme Period shall constitute a deemed acceptance by the Customer/s of all the terms and conditions governing the Programme.
In all matters relating to the Programme (including the eligibility of customers), the decision of Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Programme by any other Programme, whether similar to this Programme or to withdraw it altogether without giving any prior notice.
The terms and conditions of the Programme shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the Account/s and shall at all times be read along with applicable terms and conditions of the Account/s as amended from time to time and the process of the Bank that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the applicable terms and conditions of the Account/s, then terms of the Account/s shall prevail over the conditions.
Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai. The Programme shall be subject to the governing laws of India.
