Terms & Conditions for the Umbrella offer on Domestic Fixed Deposit

By accepting the gift offer (umbrella), customer is deemed to have expressly read, understood and accepted each and every Terms and Conditions mentioned herein:

• The offer period is valid from May 01^st 2019 to October 31^st 2019 till stocks last
• The offer would be valid only on new Domestic Fixed Deposit booking of Rs.50,000/- & above during the offer period. The minimum tenure has to be of 6 months.(The offer is valid only for non-staff FDs)
• The offer is valid only for the incremental relationship value of 50,000/- and above across Current Account, Savings Account and Fixed Deposit**.(for existing customers only)
• Only the First 5,000 Eligible customers (fulfilling the criteria described in point 1,2 & 3), will receive an SMS on the registered mobile/e-mail with a link to redeem the umbrella within 45 working days of FD booked date.
• In case, mobile number is not registered or registered mobile number is not valid or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of SMS
• The umbrella would be despatched within 30 days of request placement.
• The offer is not valid on the renewals of Fixed Deposit.
• IndusInd Bank will not be responsible for any bodily harm caused due to the product usage.
• The offer is valid for first 5,000 Eligible Customers only.
• The offer is valid on first come first serve basis.
• One umbrella per customer will be given irrespective of number of Fixed Deposits booked during the promotion period.
• In case of joint holders, only the primary holder will be eligible for the offer.
• The Bank does not take any guarantee of the product.
• If the delivery address falls out of serviceable area, product will not be delivered.
• The Bank will not be responsible for quality and performance relating to the product.
• There will not be any choice of colour and no exchange or return or reimbursement of the product will be done.
• In case of any manufacturing defect, Bank shall be under no liability to the customer.
• The offer is not transferrable to any third party.
• It is a one-time offer, hence in case of loss/theft Bank shall be under no liability  
• IndusInd Bank reserves the sole right to change the Terms and Conditions.
• IndusInd Bank reserves the sole right to discontinue the offer.
• The customer shall be responsible for reviewing these Term and Conditions.
• Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer.
• For the customers qualifying under the offer, last day for redemption request placement is November 15^th, 2019

**Note: Relationship value is calculated at (T-1) and (T+2) days of FD booked across CA,SA & FD.
