Digital FD incentive offer

Participation and Eligibility

• This is a limited time offer where in customer who books FD via IndusMobile app or IndusNet  
• The offer is only applicable for customers who have been communicated with the offer
• The FD value to be greater than INR 10,000 and each customer is eligible for offer only twice in a calendar month

Timeline

• This is a limited time offer and Indusind reserves the right to revoke the offer at any point of time.

Redemption

• The winners will receive vouchers within 45 – 90 days of eligibility.

Terms and conditions

• Customers will get gift vouchers/cashback (Amount as mentioned in the communication) post meeting eligibility criteria
• The redemption process will be informed only to the winners post transaction analysis by IndusInd 
• Indusind will not be responsible for any disputes related to the coupon issuing party or for the merchant for whom the gift voucher has been issued
• Gift vouchers will be governed by the terms and conditions as highlighted by the merchant or the issuer
• Indusind reserves the right to change the gift amount as per situation
• Offer is only valid for customers who have been communicated about the offer
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one bank account
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one customer ID
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one registered mobile number
• This offer is not exchangeable for "cash" or for sale.
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is for one time use and is not transferable.
• In no case whatsoever can the discount amount be refunded, encashed or partly encashed.

• In no event shall IndusInd Bank be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the customer.
• The decision of the bank is binding on eligibility and qualification of a customer to the contest
• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction
• IndusInd Bank staff is not eligible for the offer.
