Offer Eligibility

To be eligible for the offer, the customer must use IndusFundsOnline (www.indusind.bank.in/funding) to fund their account in a Month, subject to the following T&C:

• Minimum Transaction amount must be >=Rs. 1000
• Cashback will be in the form of IndusMoney Reward Points. These reward points can be redeemed as Cashback as per the Terms governing Indus Money Reward Point Redemption
• Reward points capped at 100 bonus reward points per eligible transaction. Maximum 5 transactions per month, per account will be rewarded.
• Bonus reward points will be awarded to a Maximum of 5 Transactions per month, per IBL account Hence  maximum bonus reward points can be availed is 500
• Redemption of Cashback varies as per the debit card variants held by the customer. For details on redemption on reward points, refer to IndusMoney T&C <https://www.indusind.bank.in/in/en/personal/Indus-Rewards-program.html>
• This offer is not applicable for Rupay Debit Card holders, Duo Debit Card holders & Pioneer Debit card holders & customers without an  *Active debit card. Where Active implies Debit cards which are not in Blocked Status.
• Bonus Reward points will be credited by end of subsequent month. I.e. for transactions done in January 2022, bonus reward points will be credited by Feb 28th 2022

How to Avail the Offer

The offer is applicable to customers who do transaction using the IndusFundsOnline Link (Min. funding amount – Rs. 1000 & Maximum limit is Rs. 2L per day)

• Visit www.indusind.bank.in/funding Or Visit Quick Links on indusind.com> Fund my Account
• Login using the registered mobile number & OTP
• Select Amount, Account & Pay using Net Banking, UPI or  Active Debit card of any bank[JP1]
• First 5 transactions per month, will be rewarded by 100 Bonus reward points by subsequent month. i.e. for transactions done in January 2022, bonus reward points will be credited by Feb 28th 2022

 General Terms & Conditions

• IndusInd Bank reserves the right to disqualify any customers from the benefits of this offer inter alia for events like unusual transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between employee and customer OR recycling of funds via the link/ wallets/fund transfers
  
• In case, mobile number is not registered or registered mobile number is not valid or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of Promotional SMS
• In case of joint holders, only the primary debit card of the Primary account holder will be eligible for the offer.
• Offer is subject to change over time
• The customer shall be responsible for reviewing these Term and Conditions & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer.
• Tax liability, if any, to be borne by the Customer.
• IndusInd Bank shall neither be responsible for nor guarantee delivery of SMS/Emails to the customer and shall not be liable for non-delivery of the same arising due to mobile network issues, DND activation by customers, and personal email settings of customer.
• IndusInd Bank reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions of the offer or to withdraw the offer completely at any time without prior notice.
• IndusInd Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing the Offers.
• The offers are subject to force majeure events.
• The participation in the program shall constitute deemed acceptance by the Customer of all the terms and conditions governing the Programme.
• IndusInd Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of goods / services availed by the customers.
• IndusInd Bank Debit Customer irrevocably agree and acknowledge that IndusInd Bank makes no guarantee or warranty that the participating Merchants shall honour the offer.
• Accordingly, IndusInd Bank customer shall not make any claim or seek compensation against IndusInd Bank in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to nonfulfillment by the participating Merchants under this program.
• The Bank at its sole discretion can decide customers who can avail these offers. The decision of IndusInd Bank will be considered as final and binding for rewarding the customers/employees.
• In all matters relating to the Programme, the decision of IndusInd Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
• The terms and conditions of the programme shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the account and shall at all times be read along with terms of the customer Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the customer Agreement, then terms of the customer Agreement to prevail the present conditions.
• Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
