Terms & Conditions – Senior Citizen drive

(Indus Care & Indus Grande Care Savings Account Program)

Offer:

Lifetime waiver of Non-Maintenance Charge (NMC) for the Eligible Customers (defined below) holding Indus Care/Indus Grande Care Savings Account.

Offer Period:

28th October to 30th November 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The Offer is valid only for Resident Indian Senior Citizens aged 60 years and above, subject to the Eligibility Criteria hereunder (“Eligible Customers”).
2. The Offer will be applicable for the following customers: 

New-to-Bank (NTB) customers Criteria:

Who opens an Indus Care/Indus Grande Care Savings Account with the Bank with either of the following: 

  • ₹ 3 Lakhs Initial Payment (IP) or ₹ 15 Lakhs Fixed Deposit (FD) booked (minimum tenure of 1 Year) for Indus Care Savings Account 
  • ₹ 7.5 Lakhs IP or ₹ 25 Lakhs FD booked (minimum tenure of 1 Year) for Indus Grande Care Savings Account

Existing-to-Bank (ETB) Criteria:

Customers who wish to upgrade their existing account to Indus Care or Indus Grande Care Savings Account are eligible (if and as determined by the Bank) as below mentioned:

Type 1: Upgrade to Indus Care Savings Account-
Book a Fixed Deposit of ₹5 Lakhs or more, or ₹10 Lakhs or more with min. tenure of 1 year for Lifetime Complimentary Upgrade (if and as determined by the Bank).

  • New Funds/No new funds may/may not be required for Regular Upgrade (if and as determined by the Bank) and customer must continue to maintain the required Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) to avoid non-maintenance charges.

Type 2: Upgrade to Grande Care Savings Account-
Book a Fixed Deposit of ₹15 Lakhs or more with min. tenure of 1 year for Lifetime Complimentary Upgrade (if and as determined by the Bank).

  • New Funds/No new funds may/may not be required for regular upgrade (if and as determined by the Bank) and customer must maintain balances as per AQB criteria to avoid non-maintenance charges.

Additional Notes:

  • Complimentary upgrade tagging will be done after verifying the FD status as of 31st December 2025. 
  • FDs booked with fresh funds (not from existing IndusInd Savings Account balances) during the offer period will be considered. 
  • Relationship Managers/Branch Staff will approach customers based on eligibility as per the pre-eligible list.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

  • This Offer exclusively covers the waiver of Non-Maintenance Charges (NMC). All other applicable charges as per the Bank’s product's Schedule of Charges will continue to apply.

General Terms and Conditions:

  • This Offer is valid during the Offer Period only. 
  • Any transaction reversal/refund in full/partial will not be considered for this Offer. 
  • Regular terms and conditions applicable on the account will continue to apply. 
  • Participation in the Offer is voluntary. It shall be deemed that the customer has participated on a voluntary basis. 
  • Any customer participating or intending to avail the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, co terminus with other such relevant/applicable terms and conditions of the Bank. 
  • These terms are in addition to and not in derogation of the other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility/services offered by the Bank and/or such other terms and conditions which may be specified by the Bank from time to time. 
  • All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have meanings as per the primary terms and conditions at IndusInd Terms. 
  • The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to the customer to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions including the Offer, its period and construct or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the customer.

  • The Bank's decision regarding the Offer shall be final and binding. 
  • All duties, taxes, and levies (GST, TDS, etc.), as applicable from time to time will be borne by the customer. 
  • This Offer is subject to all laws, guidelines, and regulations, as applicable from time to time. 
  • The Bank reserves the sole right to disqualify any customer from the  Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the customer is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer and its benefits.
  • Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  • These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
