Terms & Conditions for Signature Supreme Debit Card customers

Introduction:

• IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”) has brought special offer for earning 1000 bonus XtraSmiles Points (“Offer”) for its Signature Supreme Debit (“Debit Card”) card.  

Offer Period:

• The Offer is valid for Signature Supreme Debit Cards issued from 10^th Aug 2025 to 15^th Sep 2025 (‘Offer Period’). Participation of the customer in the Offer is voluntary. 

Offer Construct:

• Use the Signature Supreme Debit Card for any ECOM/POS transaction within 30 (thirty) days of issuance of the Debit Card and be eligible for a bonus 1000 XtraSmiles points in addition to the 10,000 XtraSmiles points on such usage, subject to the applicable Terms and conditions of the Bank and its relevant offer. 

Offer Details:

• Existing bank account holders can apply/upgrade their existing debit card to Signature Supreme Debit and get up to 1,000 bonus XtraSmiles, in addition to the 10,000 XtraSmiles points on making one ECOM/POS transaction within first 30 (thirty) days of the Debit Card issuance. 
• Offer is applicable and valid for Signature Supreme Debit Cards issued during the Offer Period only.  
• Customer holding an existing account with the Bank, and subject to such eligibility as determined by the Bank will be charged full amount upfront at the time of issuance of the Debit Card, i.e. Rs 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) + GST (as applicable) for the Signature Supreme Debit Card, subject to the meeting of the terms and conditions of the Offer, and such applicable terms and conditions of the Bank and its offer by the Customer.  

Disqualification:

• Offer is applicable only for existing Bank customers, and Signature Supreme Debit Card’s issued during the Offer Period.  
• ATM transactions will not be eligible for this Offer. 
• Any Transaction reversal/ refund in either full/partial, will not be considered for this Offer. 
• Existing Signature Supreme Debit Cardholder are not eligible to avail benefits of this Offer. 

Offer T&C:

• Debit Card cardholders must necessarily do one purchase transaction i.e. ECOM/POS only on their Signature Supreme Premium Debit Card issued during the Offer Period, within 30 (thirty) Days from the date the Debit Card is issued. 
• The bonus XtraSmiles Points will be sent to Debit Card cardholders registered mobile number within 30 (thirty) days from the date of first (1st) purchase transaction. 
• Offer(s) shall remain valid for Debit Cards issued during the Offer Period only.  
• Account status and Debit Card status must be active at the time of posting XtraSmile points. 
• The validity and applicability of the Offer is subject to other applicable terms and conditions of the Bank, and such T&Cs issued in respect of XtraSmiles Program by the Bank, from time to time.  

What is XtraSmiles PROGRAM? 
Premium Debit Cardholders, including cardholders of this Debit Card will be enrolled in one year subscription of XtraSmiles program where points will be loaded on portal for redemption of points having one year validity. 

How to redeem XtraSmiles Points? 
Eligible client will get SMS to redeem XtraSmiles points. Follow below steps: 

• Visit the official website using this link:  https://www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/ 
• Login using your registered mobile number. 
• Enter the OTP received on your mobile device. 
• Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose gift card you want to redeem. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon. 
• On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (gift card/benefit value) and quantity of the gift card. 
• Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully. 
• Tick mark on the XtraSmiles button pay using XtraSmiles Reward points and make pending payment using your relevant IndusInd Debit Card. (If required) 
• You will receive your e-gift card in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process. 

General Terms and Conditions:

• Offer(s) shall remain valid for Debit Cards issued during the Offer Period only. 
• Regular Terms and Conditions applicable on Debit & Credit Cards will continue to apply.  
• The participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. 
• If the Cardholder(s) cease(s) to be the Cardholder(s) at any time before rewards are given/credited to the Cardholder under the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer(s) shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder(s). 
• Any Cardholder participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank.  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions available at https://www.indusind.com/in/en/personal/terms-and-conditions.html, or relevant applicable T&C of the Bank.  
• The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Cardholder(s). 
• Any queries in respect to this Offer can be raised by the Cardholder(s) with the Bank through phone banking within India at 18602677777 and outside India at 022-44066666.  
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect. 
• All applicable Government duties, taxes and levies including but not limited to GST, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholder(s). 
• The Bank may at its sole discretion extend the Offer Period or revoke the Offer earlier as it may deem fit. 
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time. 
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the Cardholder from the   Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the Cardholder is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer and its benefits by use of the Debit Card of the Bank.  
• Any Cardholder availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted the Offer terms and conditions, co terminus with other such relevant/applicable terms and conditions of the Bank. 
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers. 
• These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
