Terms & Conditions for VISA Contactless Offer on Reliance Smart Bazaar on IndusInd Bank Debit & Credit Cards

Introduction:

• The IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought limited time period Tap & Pay (Contactless) Offer for its customers holding a valid Bank’s VISA Debit or Credit Card

Offer Period:

• The Offer is valid on and from 27th Aug 2025 to 30th Nov 2025 (‘Offer Period’). Participation in the Offer is voluntary)

Offer Construct:

a. 15% Instant Discount on a single Tap & Pay transaction of a minimum amount of Rs. 1,500/- and above.

b. Maximum discount per transaction with IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card (as applicable and defined below) during the Offer period is Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven fifty only).

c. Customer must provide at POS, IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card (as applicable and defined below) to be used for making payment to avail the Offer.

1. Offer Applicability/Eligibility:

• IndusInd Bank Visa Debit and Credit Cards (as applicable and listed below) (“Card”) cardholders (“Cardholder”); 
• Contactless / tap & pay transactions at PoS terminals at Reliance Outlets (as defined below)
• Limit: only once per card per month (as applicable).
• Applicable only on fresh purchase at Reliance Outlets (as defined below). The Offer shall not be applicable on return transactions, 

2. Term: Instant Discount Offer is valid from 27th Aug 2025 to 30th Nov 2025 (both days inclusive) all across FreshPik, Signature, SMART Bazaar, SMART Superstore, SMART Point, SKDS, Sahkari Bhandar & Bismi stores of Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance Outlets”).

3. Instant Discount will be applicable on IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card cards with below BINs

4. Disqualifications: 

• Offer shall not be applicable on Corporate Credit cards.
• Offer shall not be applicable on Brand No Cost EMI transactions.
• This offer is NOT applicable on transactions made through Internet Banking/ UPI payment applications.
• Offer shall not be applicable on Dip or Swipe transactions using IndusInd Bank VISA Debit or Credit card

Other Terms & Conditions

• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
• IndusInd Bank Ltd. (“Bank”) and Reliance Smart Bazaar (“Reliance”) reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Holding of the instant discount offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
• The offer will be applicable on the Visa Debit & Credit Card BINs made applicable by Bank, from time to time for the offer.
• Liability of Reliance to the customer is only limited to the maximum discount offer amount.
• The Bank and/or Reliance reserve the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• This Offer is valid only in India.
• All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time of the respective Offer.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence, and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.
• By participating in this Offer you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of the Offer, standard terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy (as amended from time to time) of the Bank/Reliance and the terms and conditions of respective sellers shall be applicable on the Cardholder.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Bank/Reliance to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary, and the Offer is being made purely on the best effort basis.
• Under no circumstance the Offer/discount being offered be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Reliance or its representatives at the Reliance Outlets.
• Returned transactions, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Offer.
• All products return would be entertained as per the Reliance prevailing product return policy only.
• You understand that Reliance Smart Bazaar may share your transactional data with the Bank for purposes of this Offer and for checking your eligibility for their products and services and by participating in this Offer, you consent to sharing of your data for these purposes. Your data as processed by Reliance shall be governed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy of Reliance. 
• Pictures of products in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website, are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. None of the parties shall under any circumstances be responsible for the same.
• The Bank and Reliance will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by seller(s) on products/services made available by it and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of such seller(s) and without reference to the IndusInd Bank and Reliance Smart Bazaar. 
• The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold the Bank, Reliance and/ or seller(s) harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by the Bank, Reliance and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the respective platform of the Bank/Reliance/Seller, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.
• All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective sellers and neither the Bank nor Reliance Smart Bazaar shall be in any way responsible for the same. Reliance and the sellers hereby affirm and declare that the Bank is only responsible for facilitation of transaction by the provision of the Card to the Cardholder and is not responsible for the quality/merchantability of the Offer, the product, or any other related service (including disputes/grievances to the applicability, eligibility, provision etc. in relation to the offer) as provided under this Offer. 
• The Bank/ Reliance (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers or faulty IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card or non-responding IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card or non-readable IndusInd Bank Visa Debit & Credit Card.
