Offer validity is once per card, per offer type, during the campaign period.

• The offer is applicable only on eligible purchase transactions carried out during the campaign period at all Lulu stores.
• The offer is intended solely for individual retail customers and shall not be applicable on institutional, commercial, bulk purchase or reseller transactions.
• The offer cannot be clubbed or combined with any other promotion, discount, cashback, coupon, voucher, loyalty benefit or scheme unless otherwise specified by Lulu Stores.
• The instant discount shall be applied only at the time of billing and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• Products and services purchased under the offer shall be governed by the merchant's sale, return, exchange, warranty and delivery policies.
• IndusInd Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, quantity, merchantability, suitability, warranty, service, delivery or availability of products and/or services offered by Lulu stores.
• Any dispute regarding product quality, warranty, service, fulfilment, exchange, return or refund shall be addressed directly to Lulu Store.
• Any query regarding the offer shall be raised within 30 days from the expiry of the campaign period, after which IndusInd Bank shall not be obliged to entertain any communication relating to the offer.
• IndusInd Bank and Lulu group reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend, withdraw, terminate or extend the offer and/or any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of the Offer Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable Standard Terms & Conditions of IndusInd Bank.

Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Bank" means IndusInd Bank Limited.
• "Cardholder" means a person holding a valid IndusInd Bank Card eligible for the respective offer.
• "Offer" means any promotional offer made available by the Bank in association with a Merchant.
• "Offer Period" means the period during which the respective Offer is valid, as communicated by the Bank and/or Merchant.
• "Merchant" means any establishment, retailer, service provider, platform, website, application or entity participating in the Offer.
• "Eligible Card" means an IndusInd Bank Card specified as eligible for a particular Offer.
• "Transaction" means a purchase transaction carried out using an Eligible Card and excludes fees, charges, interest, cash withdrawals, reversals, refunds, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent and unauthorized transactions.
• "Communication" means any communication sent by the Bank to customers through SMS, email, website, mobile application, statement inserts, digital channels, social media, or any other mode.

General Terms & Conditions

• The card account must be active, valid, and in good standing to be eligible for any offer.
• Offers are applicable only on Eligible Cards and Eligible Transactions as specified in the respective Offer Terms & Conditions.
• The Offer Period shall be as communicated by the Bank and/or Merchant from time to time.
• Participation in any Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed acceptance of the applicable Offer Terms & Conditions and these Standard Terms & Conditions.
• Any benefit under an Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The Merchant and/or the Bank reserve the right to add, alter, amend, modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate any Offer and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from availing the benefits of an Offer if any fraudulent activity, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity or violation of the Offer Terms & Conditions is identified.
• The Bank shall not be responsible for any failure by the Merchant to honour the Offer.
• The Bank does not endorse any product or service offered by any Merchant and makes no representation regarding the quality, merchantability, suitability, availability, delivery, warranty or after-sales service of any products or services offered by the Merchant.
• Any dispute regarding product quality, service quality, delivery, fulfilment, warranty, replacement, refund or customer service shall be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant without any reference to the Bank.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, costs, charges or expenses arising from or related to goods purchased or services availed under any Offer.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with any Offer.
• The Bank shall not be responsible if an Offer cannot be availed due to technical issues including but not limited to system failure, communication network failure, internet congestion, downtime, force majeure events, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.
• Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.
• The Offer shall not be available wherever prohibited under applicable law or regulation.
• Logos, brand names and trademarks used in relation to any Offer belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement by the Bank.
• The Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank and the Merchant against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of applicable laws or misuse of the Offer by the Cardholder.
• The Bank's decision in all matters relating to any Offer, including determination of eligibility, interpretation of terms and resolution of disputes relating to Offer benefits, shall be final and binding.
• Products and services offered under any Offer are subject to availability with the Merchant.
• All taxes, duties, levies, goods and services tax, or any other statutory charges payable in connection with the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
• If a Cardholder ceases to be a customer of the Bank or if the Card account is blocked, cancelled, suspended, delinquent or closed during the Offer Period, the Bank reserves the right to withdraw the Offer benefit.
• These Standard Terms & Conditions are in addition to and not in substitution of the Cardmember Agreement, Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) and other applicable terms governing the use of IndusInd Bank Cards.
• In case of any inconsistency between the Offer-specific Terms & Conditions and these Standard Terms & Conditions, the Offer-specific Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
• The Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
