What do you get?

• The customer will receive discounts as per the details mentioned in the table above.
• This Offer is made in association with MakeMyTrip India Private Limited (“MakeMyTrip”) to the customers of IndusInd (“Bank”) holding IndusInd Credit Cards (“Customers” or “Cardholders”).

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field.
• The offer is valid only as per the dates mentioned above (both days included) between 00:00 Hours and 23:59 Hours.
• The offer is valid on payment made through all IndusInd Bank Credit Cards No-Cost EMI transactions only.
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App.
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per category during the offer period.
• The offer is not applicable on payments made through Debit Card, My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, Gift Card and IndusInd Bank Net Banking option.

Flights T&Cs

• For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee, taxes and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
• The offer is not valid on "Multi-City Flights" made through the "Multi-City" tab on MakeMyTrip website.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offers applicable during the offer period.

Hotels T&Cs

• The offer is valid on selected properties.
• For Hotels, Villas and Apartments, the discount is to be calculated on hotel base price (pre-tax price).
• The offer is not valid on pay at hotel bookings.

Holidays T&Cs

• For Holidays, Instant discount is calculated on base fare (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees).
• MakeMyTrip sponsored partial payment option shall not be available under this offer.

Conditions in case of cancellation

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for discount.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

What is Additional Savings on EMI?

• In Additional Savings on EMI, monthly instalment = Total product price / EMI tenure in months.
• EMI Processing fee levied by bank is not covered under Additional Savings on EMI Cashback offer. Processing fees is charged separately by the bank along with first EMI instalment as a one-time charge.
• The cashback amount shall be equal to the total interest amount payable on the EMI. Any GST levied on interest amount is not covered under the Additional Savings on EMI cashback offer.

For e.g.:

1. You pay INR 30,000 for your ticket using Additional Savings on for 3 months, your card will be blocked for INR 30,000 at MakeMyTrip.
2. Your bank will convert this to EMI within 4-7 days.
3. Cashback equal to the 3 months interest amount (INR 753) will be credited within 21 days to card. This reduces a loan of INR 30,753 (principal + interest) to a loan of INR 30,000.
4. You will be charged GST of INR 135.54 applicable on interest amount of INR 753 by the bank. The total cost to the cardholder would be INR 30,135.54 (Ticket price+ GST).

• The discount under Additional Savings on credit card payment option is being offered exclusively by MMT and does not amount to EMI/interest waiver extended by the bank.
• Cardholder will need to pay applicable EMI and interest on total value of the order at the time of payment to the IndusInd Bank Credit Card in accordance with the terms applicable to the credit card.
• Cardholder will have to pay applicable Bank convenience fee for EMI transactions.

Terms of the Offer

• The offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by IndusInd Mahindra Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by IndusInd Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer. 
• This Offer is NOT applicable on IndusInd Bank Corporate and Commercial cards. 
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip. 
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. 
• For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims. 
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking. 
• In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/cashback under this offer. 
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer. 
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi only. 
• ⁠User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply. 
• Customer’s, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customer’s and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount. 
• Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank and terms and conditions of the Merchant in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. 
• Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether. 
• The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by MakeMyTrip. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with MakeMyTrip by raising claim request at: https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint 
• Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer. 
• Customers who fail to enter the promo code or using the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Bank shall, in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong promo code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer. 
• The decision of the Bank and MakeMyTrip in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons. 
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges. 
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi.
