Terms & Conditions for Festive Offers on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards

Introduction:

IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”) has brought Festive offer(s) [Offer A, Offer B, Offer C] (“Offer”) for its customers (“Cardholder(s)”) holding Bank’s valid and active debit card(s) [Rupay, Mastercard and VISA] (“Debit Card”).

Offer Period:

The Offer is valid from 15th October 2026 to 15th November 2026 (“Offer Period”’). Participation in the Offer is voluntary.

Offers: Below-mentioned offers are made available by the Bank for the eligible customers as per the criteria mentioned hereunder

Offer A: Top Spender Offer

This Festive Season, spend with your IndusInd Bank Debit Card and stand a chance to win MakeMyTrip Vouchers

Upon fulfilling the Offer requisites criteria, during the Offer Period, overall top spending Ccardholders on eligible spend categories will be rewarded with vouchers equivalent to the following:

Offer B: Assured Vouchers on achieving minimum transaction and spending targets

This Festive Season, spend with your IndusInd Bank Debit Card and earn assured vouchers on achieving the below cumulative eligible spend milestones during the Offer Period.

Please note for Offer A and B: Minimum 2 POS transactions of ₹2,000 or above and minimum 2 ECOM transactions of ₹2,000 or above are required during the Offer Period to be eligible.

Offer C: Contactless Offer

Use Tap & Pay with your IndusInd Bank Debit Card and earn Amazon vouchers during the Offer Period.

The two above offers mentioned in the above table are independent of each other. A Cardholder who fulfils the criteria for all both offers shall be eligible for the respective both the rewards.

The Customer will be eligible to avail the get Offer only once during the Offer Period.

Offer A, Offer B and Offer C Terms and Conditions

• Offer A and B are valid on both online and offline transactions made by the Cardholders (excluding ATM withdrawals).
• For Offer C only contactless Point-of-Sale (POS) Tap & Pay transactions will be considered.
• Offer shall remain valid for transactions made and settled during the Offer Period only.
• CardholderCardholders must do at least two Point-of-Sale (POS) AND two online (ECOM) transactions of a minimum transaction value of Rs 2,000 each on eligible merchant categories during the offer period to be eligible for the Shop Plus points under Offer A and Offer B
• MakeMyTrip vouchers equivalent to the amount of prize for each qualified Debit Cardholder under offer A will be credited to customers after the end of the offer period, at the latest by 31st December 2026.
• Shop Plus points capped at 4,000 for each qualified Debit Card under offer B will be credited to customers after the end of the offer period, latest by 31st December 2026
• Shop Plus points once credited will be valid for a period of 3 months from date of posting and any unused point(s) will expire at the end of this period i.e. on 31st March 2027. The validity of the points will not be extended under any circumstances.
• Account status and Debit Card status must be active at the time of posting Shop Plus Points
• Regular Debit Card Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply.

Exclusions for Offer A and Offer B:

• ATM transactions will not be eligible for this offer.
• Any transaction cancelled/reversed/ refunded in full/partial at any point during or after the Offer Period, will not be considered valid for this offer.
• Offer is not valid on transaction(s) made for fuel, wallet loads, credit card bill payments, loan repayments, insurance, tax payments and payments to government services using the Debit Card.

Steps to redeem Shop Plus Points:

Eligible cardholders qualifying as winners under the festive offer will get Email and SMS notification on their Registered email IDs and mobile numbers (redemption journey) with the Bank to redeem Shop Plus points.

To redeem, follow the belowfollowing steps:

1. Visit the official website using this link: https://www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/
2. Login using your registered mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP received on your mobile device.
4. Hover your mouse over the relevant category. Click on the brand whose gift card you want to redeem. You can also type in the name of the brand in the search bar present in the header area and click on the search icon.
5. On the brand page that opens, select the denomination (gift card/benefit value) and quantity of the gift card.
6. Click on the Terms and Conditions link present in the Order Summary section of the page. Read the terms and conditions carefully.
7. Select the Shop Plus payment option and complete any balance payment using your IndusInd Bank Debit Card, if applicable.
8. You will receive your e-gift card on your registered email and mobile number in a few minutes after the successful completion of the payment process.

General Terms and Conditions:

• The Participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary, and it is understood that the participation by the Cardholder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• The Offer(s) is applicable on the domestic and/or international transactions made by the Cardholder(s) with the Debit Card.
• If the Cardholder(s) cease(s) to be the Cardholder(s) at any time before Shop Plus points are given/credited to the CardholderCardholder(s) under the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer(s) shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder(s).
• Any Cardholder participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions available at https://www.indusind.bank.in/in/en/personal/terms-and-conditions.html
• The Bank reserves the all the right(s) at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Cardholder(s).
• In all matters relating to the Offer, including determination of eligibility, qualification, rewards, computation of spends, fulfillment of criteria, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding on the Cardholder(s), subject to applicable law.
• The Bank reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Cardholder and the validity of any transaction at any stage of the Offer and may disqualify any Cardholder if the Bank determines that the eligibility criteria or Offer requirements have not been fulfilled.
• The Bank does not hold out any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability, suitability etc., of the products and/or services offered by the Make My Trip, amazon or any other merchant.
• Any queries in respect to this Offer can be raised by the Cardholder(s) with the Bank through phone banking within India at 18602677777 and outside India at 022-44066666.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
• All applicable Government duties, taxes and levies including but not limited to GST, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholder(s).
• The Bank may at its sole discretion extend the Offer Period or revoke the Offer earlier as it may deem fit.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the Cardholder from the Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the Cardholder is identified for the purpose of availing of the Offer and its benefits by use of the Debit Card of the Bank.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, delay, inability to participate, or failure in the Offer arising from system errors, network failures, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Bank's reasonable control
• Any Cardholder availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted the Offer terms and conditions.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
