• Offer validity is once per card, per offer type, during the campaign period.

• The offer cannot be clubbed or combined with any other promotion, discount, cashback, coupon, voucher, loyalty benefit or scheme unless otherwise specified by Cleartrip or Bank.
• The instant discount shall be applied only at the time of billing and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• Tickets purchased under the offer shall be governed by the merchant's sale, return, exchange, warranty and delivery policies.
• Any query regarding the offer shall be raised within 30 days from the expiry of the campaign period, after which IndusInd Bank shall not be obliged to entertain any communication relating to the offer.
• IndusInd Bank and Cleatrip group reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend, withdraw, terminate or extend the offer and/or any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of the Offer Terms & Conditions as well as the applicable Standard Terms & Conditions of IndusInd Bank.

Offer Terms and Conditions

• Both the coupons are valid Once each (Non EMI and EMI), per Card, per Category, per Instrument during the Offer Period.
• This offer is valid on select IndusInd Bank Credit Card and Credit Card EMI Transactions.
• This offer is valid on any One way/Round Trip Flights available on Cleartrip.
• To avail of the discount, simply enter the above coupon codes before making the payment with your IndusInd Bank Card and the discount amount shall be deducted from the amount payable by you. This discount is not applicable for payments made by cash, Cleartrip Wallet or any other mode of payment.
• Offer is valid on adult and child bookings only and not valid for infant (Less than 2 years) bookings.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on cleartrip.com.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• The discount can only be availed on Cleartrip.com desktop website, Android and iOS apps, and mobile website.
• In case of cancellations of booking (in part or full), the instant savings amount will not be refunded and the standard cancellation policy of Cleartrip (as specified on the Cleartrip website) will apply.
• If there is any rescheduling of flights, the fare difference and standard airlines charges for the same have to be borne by the customer and will not be borne by Cleartrip.
• Cleartrip & IndusInd Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, and to withdraw this discount at any time in its sole discretion.
• Customers who are Travel Agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers with this offer, and Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings.
• Cleartrip & IndusInd Bank are the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms.
• Cleartrip & IndusInd Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to a force majeure event.
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer, Cleartrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event, the entire liability of Cleartrip under this offer shall exceed the booking amount paid by the customer.
• Cleartrip & IndusInd Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to this discount.
• These terms and conditions are in addition to Cleartrip.com Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, to which you agree by using cleartrip.com, and also in addition to the conditions applicable to the booking of flight/airline tickets. To the extent these conditions are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail with respect to this particular discount only.
• By opting for this discount, every customer expressly agrees that neither Cleartrip nor any of its affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with the discount that arises from customer's own act of omission or commission.
• The discount is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of his/her own volition. Any person availing this discount shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
• The discount offer is valid per booking. In case you book more than 1 adult/ticket/segment/room in a single transaction, you will still receive the discount on per booking basis only.
• In case you cancel the transaction (in part or full) the entire discount availed for the said transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The discount can only be availed on Cleartrip.com desktop website, Android and iOS apps, and mobile website.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other discount offer on www.cleartrip.com.
• The product & services offered by Cleartrip Private Limited are governed by the terms of use prescribed by Cleartrip on its site www.cleartrip.com & as amended from time to time.
• Cleartrip reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change without any prior notice. Disputes are subject to Bangalore's jurisdiction. Flight seats are subject to availability.

Redemption Process

• Visit www.cleartrip.com or download the Cleartrip Mobile App available for iOS on App Store & for Android on Google Play Store.
• Book Business Class, First Class or Premium Economy on any Domestic or International One-way or Roundtrip Flight.
• Enter the coupon code INDUSCC before making the payment with your IndusInd Bank Credit Card (Non-EMI).
• Enter the coupon code INDUSEMI before making the payment with your IndusInd Bank Credit Card EMI.
• Both the coupons can be used once each during the campaign.
• The applicable discount amount as per the above table will be instantly deducted from the total amount payable.
• Offer Period: Valid for transactions made from 00:00 hours on 9th September 2026 to 23:59 hours on 15th September 2026. Dates of Travel are completely open.

Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Bank" means IndusInd Bank Limited.
• "Cardholder" means a person holding a valid IndusInd Bank Card eligible for the respective offer.
• "Offer" means any promotional offer made available by the Bank in association with a Merchant.
• "Offer Period" means the period during which the respective Offer is valid, as communicated by the Bank and/or Merchant.
• "Merchant" means any establishment, retailer, service provider, platform, website, application or entity participating in the Offer.
• "Eligible Card" means an IndusInd Bank Card specified as eligible for a particular Offer.
• "Transaction" means a purchase transaction carried out using an Eligible Card and excludes fees, charges, interest, cash withdrawals, reversals, refunds, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent and unauthorized transactions.
• "Communication" means any communication sent by the Bank to customers through SMS, email, website, mobile application, statement inserts, digital channels, social media, or any other mode.

General Terms & Conditions

• The card account must be active, valid, and in good standing to be eligible for any offer.
• Offers are applicable only on Eligible Cards and Eligible Transactions as specified in the respective Offer Terms & Conditions.
• The Offer Period shall be as communicated by the Bank and/or Merchant from time to time.
• Participation in any Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed acceptance of the applicable Offer Terms & Conditions and these Standard Terms & Conditions.
• Any benefit under an Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.
• The Merchant and/or the Bank reserve the right to add, alter, amend, modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate any Offer and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from availing the benefits of an Offer if any fraudulent activity, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity or violation of the Offer Terms & Conditions is identified.
• The Bank shall not be responsible for any failure by the Merchant to honour the Offer.
• The Bank does not endorse any product or service offered by any Merchant and makes no representation regarding the quality, merchantability, suitability, availability, delivery, warranty or after-sales service of any products or services offered by the Merchant.
• Any dispute regarding product quality, service quality, delivery, fulfilment, warranty, replacement, refund or customer service shall be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant without any reference to the Bank.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, costs, charges or expenses arising from or related to goods purchased or services availed under any Offer.
• The Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with any Offer.
• The Bank shall not be responsible if an Offer cannot be availed due to technical issues including but not limited to system failure, communication network failure, internet congestion, downtime, force majeure events, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.
• Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only.
• The Offer shall not be available wherever prohibited under applicable law or regulation.
• Logos, brand names and trademarks used in relation to any Offer belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement by the Bank.
• The Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank and the Merchant against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of applicable laws or misuse of the Offer by the Cardholder.
• The Bank's decision in all matters relating to any Offer, including determination of eligibility, interpretation of terms and resolution of disputes relating to Offer benefits, shall be final and binding.
• Products and services offered under any Offer are subject to availability with the Merchant.
• All taxes, duties, levies, goods and services tax, or any other statutory charges payable in connection with the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
• If a Cardholder ceases to be a customer of the Bank or if the Card account is blocked, cancelled, suspended, delinquent or closed during the Offer Period, the Bank reserves the right to withdraw the Offer benefit.
• These Standard Terms & Conditions are in addition to and not in substitution of the Cardmember Agreement, Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) and other applicable terms governing the use of IndusInd Bank Cards.
• In case of any inconsistency between the Offer-specific Terms & Conditions and these Standard Terms & Conditions, the Offer-specific Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
• The Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
