Introduction:

The IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought Amazon Voucher Offer for its customers holding a valid Bank’s Debit Card (only VISA) (“Customer”). 

Offer Period:

The Offer is valid from 15 November 2025 to 31 December 2025 (‘Offer Period’). 

Offer:

Get Amazon gift voucher subject to spending the target amount (as communicated in the emailer and/or SMS) with your Debit Card during the offer period. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Customer must do at least one e-commerce transaction during the Offer Period to be eligible for Offer. 
2. Offer is valid only on online and/or offline POS transactions (except for the ones mentioned in the exclusion) made by the Customer by using the Debit Card 
3. All the cumulative online purchases and /or retail spends within the offer period may also be clubbed together to avail the offer. 

Exclusions:

1. ATM Cash withdrawal.  
2. Returned purchases/reversals (for all transactions done during or before the offer period), disputed and/or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.  
3. EMI’s and fees/charges will not be considered for this offer. 
4. Transaction(s) made for wallet recharge, credit card bill payments, insurance payments,;
5. Transactions made on merchant categories - Mutual Funds & other Investments, Insurance, Fund Transfers, and Payment to Government. 
6. Net Banking, UPI Transactions and any Peer-to-Peer Fund transfers. 
7. Transactions on Fuel. 

Offer Terms and Conditions:  

The Offer is available only to the pre-identified set of customers holding a valid Visa Debit Card, who will be communicated the offer via SMS/ Email/ push notifications or any other official channel of the Bank.  

The Offer shall remain valid for transactions made and settled during the Offer Period only. Eligible cardholders will receive a e-gift voucher and details of weblink for redemption of the same, via email/SMS latest by 31-Jan-2026. The e-gift voucher will be valid for a period of 12 month from issuance date. 

All the communications will happen on registered mobile number and/or email id only. Cardholders to ensure and update the latest mobile number and e-mail ID to receive periodic communication related to this offer.

Cardholder to ensure that the registered mobile number is not on NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) list to receive the e-code for redeeming the gift. 

IndusInd Bank Ltd. reserves the right to revise/change/modify/discard offers at any point during the campaign period. 

Terms & Conditions

General Disclaimers

1. The Offer is applicable to customers who comply or fulfill the criteria as determined/ decided by IndusInd Bank Ltd. 
2. Under this offer, to be eligible for the e-gift voucher, the cardholder needs to spend within the offer period (’Campaign Duration’) in accordance with the instructions/specifications provided in the communication sent through SMS/Email by IndusInd Bank Ltd. 
3. E-gift Voucher code (Amazon Shopping Voucher) is valid for a purchase of Physical products from www.amazon.com, to know exact details of making a valid purchase using your E-gift voucher (Amazon Shopping Voucher) please click here 
4. E-gift Voucher discounts will be applied to the total merchandise value including VAT and other applicable taxes.
5. E-gift Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer running on vendor unless otherwise specified. 

Offer Qualifying & Redemption – Terms & Conditions

1. Spends on multiple cards cannot be clubbed by the Cardholder for the said offer. 
2. Delinquent and blocked Cardholders will not qualify for this Offer. 
3. E-gift Vouchers will be sent only to those customers who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria as communicated by the Bank through email/SMS. 
4. E-gift Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period. 
5. Cardholder to ensure that the redemption of gift is done before expiry which is 1 year from coupon redemption. Extension of codes will not be granted under any circumstance.  

Standard Terms & Conditions

1. IndusInd Bank Ltd. will not be responsible for email bounces, non-delivery of SMSs, wrong email id/mobile number updation or incomplete email id/mobile number updation in the system etc. Email/SMS will be sent to the email id and mobile number as updated in the Bank’s system. 
2. IndusInd Bank Ltd. will not be responsible for non-delivery of E-gift Voucher code to redeem gift in case the mobile number is on DND as per regulation. 
3. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the Cardholder from the Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the Cardholder is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer. 
4. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time.  
5. All orders Subject to the Terms of Use & policies of Vendor(s) and Platform. 
6. IndusInd Bank Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise, from any refusal by vendor to honor this offer for any reason whatsoever. 
7. IndusInd Bank Ltd. does not hold out any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, merchantability, suitability etc., of the products and/or services offered by vendor and the Bank shall not entertain any correspondence in this regard. 
8. The products & services offered under this offer are at the sole responsibility of the participating Merchants and at their exclusive costs and consequences. IndusInd Bank Ltd. does not endorse, nor recommend the quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose(s), after sale services, warranties etc., of the products and/or services being made available under this offer. 
9. Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised on the website are representative only and may not bear an exact resemblance to the actual products. IndusInd Bank Ltd. shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same. 
10. Under no circumstance will the offer being offered under this Program be settled with cash in lieu by IndusInd Bank Ltd. or by the Vendor. 
11. All government Levies like GST, TDS, any Local Tax, etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered. 
12. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 
13. Any query regarding the Offer or any matter related thereof will be entertained only till 60 days post offer end date. IndusInd Bank Ltd. will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer thereafter. 
14. This Offer is a standalone Offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of IndusInd Bank Ltd. in any manner or form. 
15. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. 
16. In case of any dispute, decision of IndusInd Bank Ltd. shall be final and binding. 
17. If any term of this offer is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this offer, including all the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included. 
18. Participation is voluntary and the same is being made available purely on a 'best effort basis'. 
19. IndusInd Bank Ltd. reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer or cancel the partial or entire offer at its sole discretion without prior notice. 
20. IndusInd Bank Ltd. may engage, hire, use the services of agent(s) and/or any third party(ies) for the purpose of providing marketing or sales related services or any other related services in relation to its products on its behalf and the customer may be required to deal with such agents/third parties/service providers with respect to such product/services. 
21. These T&C’s are in addition to the e-Voucher T&C’s. Please read the terms & conditions of e-voucher, platform and merchant carefully before you make a purchase of any e-voucher, as  e-Voucher once utilized by the Cardholder cannot be blocked / exchanged / cancelled.
