Can I avail discount on card payment for cash on delivery order? Are net Banking transactions also included in this Offer?

COD and Net Banking transactions are NOT included in this Offer.
Would I get the Bank offer even if I make a part payment using my Amazon Pay Balance?

Yes. The offer is available on partial payments as long as a minimum purchase value of INR 7,490 is spent on IndusInd Bank Card.
What if I cancel my order?

The Offer is applicable for successful purchase. If Instant Discount is availed on any purchase, and it is subsequently cancelled, the refund amount of such purchases will be posted adjusting the instant discount amount availed on the purchase. However, if you place another order within the offer period, you shall get instant bank discount subject to offer eligibility.
My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?

Definitions

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

"Bank" means IndusInd Bank Limited.
"Cardholder" means a person holding a valid IndusInd Bank Card eligible for the respective offer.
"Offer" means any promotional offer made available by the Bank in association with a Merchant.
"Offer Period" means the period during which the respective Offer is valid, as communicated by the Bank and/or Merchant.
"Merchant" means any establishment, retailer, service provider, platform, website, application or entity participating in the Offer.
"Eligible Card" means an IndusInd Bank Card specified as eligible for a particular Offer.
"Transaction" means a purchase transaction carried out using an Eligible Card and excludes fees, charges, interest, cash withdrawals, reversals, refunds, disputed, cancelled, fraudulent and unauthorized transactions.
"Communication" means any communication sent by the Bank to customers through SMS, email, website, mobile application, statement inserts, digital channels, social media, or any other mode.

General Terms & Conditions

The card account must be active, valid, and in good standing to be eligible for any offer.
Offers are applicable only on Eligible Cards and Eligible Transactions as specified in the respective Offer Terms & Conditions.
The Offer Period shall be as communicated by the Bank and/or Merchant from time to time.
Participation in any Offer is purely voluntary and shall be deemed acceptance of the applicable Offer Terms & Conditions and these Standard Terms & Conditions.
Any benefit under an Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated otherwise.
The Merchant and/or the Bank reserve the right to add, alter, amend, modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate any Offer and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Cardholder from availing the benefits of an Offer if any fraudulent activity, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity or violation of the Offer Terms & Conditions is identified.
The Bank shall not be responsible for any failure by the Merchant to honour the Offer.
The Bank does not endorse any product or service offered by any Merchant and makes no representation regarding the quality, merchantability, suitability, availability, delivery, warranty or after-sales service of any products or services offered by the Merchant.
Any dispute regarding product quality, service quality, delivery, fulfilment, warranty, replacement, refund or customer service shall be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant without any reference to the Bank.
The Bank shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, costs, charges or expenses arising from or related to goods purchased or services availed under any Offer.
The Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with any Offer.
The Bank shall not be responsible if an Offer cannot be availed due to technical issues including but not limited to system failure, communication network failure, internet congestion, downtime, force majeure events, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Bank.

The Offer shall not be available wherever prohibited under applicable law or regulation.
Logos, brand names and trademarks used in relation to any Offer belong to their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement by the Bank.
The Cardholder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Bank and the Merchant against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from breach of these Terms & Conditions, violation of applicable laws or misuse of the Offer by the Cardholder.
The Bank's decision in all matters relating to any Offer, including determination of eligibility, interpretation of terms and resolution of disputes relating to Offer benefits, shall be final and binding.
Products and services offered under any Offer are subject to availability with the Merchant.
All taxes, duties, levies, goods and services tax, or any other statutory charges payable in connection with the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
If a Cardholder ceases to be a customer of the Bank or if the Card account is blocked, cancelled, suspended, delinquent or closed during the Offer Period, the Bank reserves the right to withdraw the Offer benefit.
These Standard Terms & Conditions are in addition to and not in substitution of the Cardmember Agreement, Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) and other applicable terms governing the use of IndusInd Bank Cards.
In case of any inconsistency between the Offer-specific Terms & Conditions and these Standard Terms & Conditions, the Offer-specific Terms & Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
The Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
In the event of cancellation or pre-closure of the EMI transaction, applicable foreclosure/processing charges may be levied and any instant discount/benefit availed will be reversed and debited to the card account.

Amazon Offer Terms and Conditions

The Offer is valid on multiple purchase transactions for the Products during the Offer Period, subject to a minimum transaction amount of INR 7,490 (Rupees Seven Thousand and Four Ninety only) for each such transaction made by the Cardholder.
This Offer will also be applicable on purchase of Products by Cardholders under an exchange offer (if available on the Product(s). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that the discount amount of 10% (ten per cent) will be provided to Cardholders under this Offer on the net value paid on such transaction i.e. the price paid by Cardholders after the exchange offer has been availed, provided such value should be a minimum of INR 7,490 (Rupees Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety only).
In the event of cancellation or pre-closure of the EMI transaction, applicable foreclosure/processing charges may be levied and any instant discount/benefit availed will be reversed and debited to the card account. Foreclosure/processing charges will be reversed for 100% refund cases only.
This Offer can be availed / clubbed with a no-cost equated monthly installment (EMI) promotion, if any, on the Product. In other words, if no-cost EMI promotion is being availed by the Cardholder on the Product, then the Cardholder will also be eligible for this Offer.
This Offer will not be applicable if the Cardholder or the seller or Amazon cancel the order and/or the Cardholder returns the Product and, in such a case, participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn. In such a scenario, only the net amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.
Bank and/or Amazon do not endorse any of the products or brands being offered on Amazon.in and will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality, merchantability, fitness, delivery or after sales service of such products.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
Delinquent and over-limit Bank's credit card members will not qualify for this Offer.
Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or Amazon to conduct further, similar or other offers.
The above Offer is by way of a special offer and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
All disputes between Cardholders and Bank will be resolved inter se, and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Cardholders and Bank.
This Offer is not valid on corporate, commercial Cards issued by the Bank.
This Offer is not available on: (i) purchase of product(s) other than the Product(s), or (ii) purchase of Product using an instrument other than the one mentioned in point 5.
Under no circumstance will benefit being offered under this Offer be settled with cash in lieu by Bank or by Amazon.
By participating in this Offer, every Cardholder expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a Cardholder may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer including but not limited to that associated with his/ her use or delivery or misuse of the Product.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
Any person availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
