ICC Cricket World Cup Offer on Debit Cards

Overview

Introduction:

IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought ICC Cricket World Cup Cashback offer(s) [Offer A, Offer B] (“Offer”) for its customers (“Cardholder(s)”) holding Bank’s select valid and active debit card(s) [Rupay, Mastercard and VISA] (“Debit Card”)

Offer Period:

The Offer is valid from 5^th October, 2023 to 19^th November, 2023 (‘Offer Period’).

OFFERS: Below mentioned offers are made available by the Bank for the customers.

Offer A :

Assured 4% Cashback in the form of Indus Reward Points on achieving minimum spend targets.

Eligibility:

Offer A is open to select Debit Cardholders of the Bank, holding Debit Card and who will receive communication regarding the Offer A (“Select Cardholders”).
The maximum cashback that a customer can earn under Offer A is capped at Rs. 2000,
To participate in Offer A Select Cardholders shall have to mandatorily select opt-in option in the communication received via email or SMS.
Offer A is valid only for transactions done and settled during Offer Period.
The Select Cardholder is required to make at least one e-commerce (online) transaction during the Offer Period to be eligible for benefits under Offer A.
Select Cardholders will have to achieve a minimum spend level as communicated in the SMS or Email to be eligible for the offer (‘Spend Target’).
For the purpose of this Offer, spends would mean the sum of all transactions done using the Bank’s Debit Card through Point of Sale (Card Present) purchase, online or E-Commerce/M-Commerce internet transaction, IVR Transaction, Mail Order/Telephone Order Transaction. All such transactions will be considered for the purpose of calculating achievement towards the Spend Target.

Disqualification:

RuPay Debit Cardholders of the Bank are not eligible to get the benefits provided under Offer A.
Offer A is valid only for residents of India. Non Resident account holders are not eligible for cashback under offer A.

Offer A Terms and Conditions:

On achievement of Spend Target, the Cardholder will receive 4% cashback in the form of IndusRewards, which will be credited to the Eligible Cardholder’s linked Bank account by 31st December, 2023.
Bonus Indus Rewards posted under Offer A shall be valid till 6 months only, i.e. the Bonus Rewards will expire on 30th June, 2024 after which the rewards cannot be redeemed by the cardholder.

Offer B :

Prizes for top spenders on the use of the Debit Card

Eligibility:

This Offer B shall be applicable only to the Cardholder who has done the maximum spends per Debit Card during the Offer Period.
Offer B is valid on both offline and online transactions made on the Debit Card.

Disqualification:

Offer B is valid only on eligible online and/or offline transactions made by the Cardholder by using the Debit Card except the transaction(s) made for wallet recharge, credit card payments, loan repayments and ATM withdrawals. List of Merchant Category Codes excluded for eligible spends: 6012, 6050, 6051, 6211 and 6540
Offer B is not open to employees of IndusInd bank

Offer B Details:

Upon the Cardholder(s) fulfilling the Offer requisites criteria, during the Offer Period, will be eligible for Bonus ShopPlus points equivalent to the following:

Grand Prize (One Winner)- ShopPlus points equivalent to iPhone 15 Plus will be awarded to the Cardholder who has done maximum spends on the Debit Card during the entire Offer Period.
Fortnight Prizes (Two Winners) – Cardholder having highest spend in a fortnight will get 2 tickets to India’s matches in ICC Cricket World Cup. For this purpose, the fortnight will be considered as:

-5th October, 2023 to 19th October, 2023 (Top spender will get 2 match tickets to watch India vs South Africa scheduled on 5th Nov’23 in Kolkata

-20th October, 2023 to 3rd November, 2023 (Top spender will get 2 match tickets to watch India vs Netherlands scheduled on 11th Nov’23 in Bengaluru

-The Bank reserves the right to modify/ change match dates without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

-Winner under this offer will be provided non-transferable ICC WORLD CUP match tickets. Winner shall have to make other arrangement such as (booking their own Flight, Hotel accommodation etc.) at their own cost.

Weekly Prizes (Total 132 Winners each week)- Cardholder having the weekly top spends on the Debit Card will be eligible for Bonus ShopPlus Points equivalent to:

Weekly 2 Top Spenders	ShopPlus Points equivalent to BoAt Sound Bar (Aavante Bar 5400DA)
Weekly Next 30 Top Spenders	ShopPlus Points equivalent to BoAt Premium Smart Watch (Enigma X500)

iPhone 15 Plus, BoAt Sound Bar, BoAt Smart Watch, BoAt Wireless TWS (Hereinafter referred as “Devices”)

For this purpose, weeks will be considered as under:
- 5th October,2023 to 8th October, 2023
- 9th October, 2023 to 15th October, 2023
- 16th October, 2023 to 22nd October, 2023
- 23rd October, 2023 to 29th October, 2023
- 30th October, 2023 to 5th November, 2023
- 6th November, 2023 to 12th November, 2023
- 13th November, 2023 to 19th November, 2023
A Cardholder can avail the Offer only once during the Offer Period i.e. a Debit Card is eligible for either Grand Prize or Fortnight Prize or Weekly prize. In case, a Cardholder has already won any prize under this Offer will no longer be eligible to claim other prizes under this Offer.

Offer B terms and conditions:

Cardholder must have transacted on minimum 2 merchant categories to be eligible for the top spender prizes under Offer B.
Upon the Cardholder fulfilling the Offer B requisites criteria, during the Offer Period, winners under this Offer B will be identified by 15th December, 2023 and the applicable Shop Plus Points will be uploaded for the cardholder by 31st December, 2023.
The validity for redeeming the ShopPlus points will be 1 month from the date of posting i.e. Cardholder can redeem the ShopPlus points latest by 31st January, 2024, after which the points will expire and cardholder will not be able to claim the reward.

Steps to redeem the ShopPlus Points:

Cardholder (s) will be informed through mobile number and email ID registered with the Bank to redeem ShopPlus points.

General Terms and Conditions:

Offer(s) shall remain valid during the Offer Period only.
Cardholder(s) will be eligible to get Offer(s) only once during the Offer Period. ATM transaction(s) made on the Debit Card is/are not eligible for this Offer(s).
Any transaction reversal/ refund in either full/partial on the Debit Card, will not be considered for this Offer(s).
Account status and Debit Card status of the eligible Cardholder must be active at the time of receiving reward/prize under this Offer(s).
Regular Terms and Conditions applicable on Debit Cards will continue to apply.
The participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
The Offer(s) is applicable on the domestic and/or international transactions made by the Cardholder(s) with the Debit Card.
If the Cardholder(s) cease(s) to be the Cardholder(s) at any time before rewards are given/credited to the Cardholder under the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer(s) shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder(s).
Any Cardholder participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Cardholder(s).

In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
All applicable Government duties, taxes and levies including but not limited to GST, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholder(s).
The Bank may at its sole discretion extend the Offer Period or revoke the Offer earlier as it may deem fit.
This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the Cardholder from the Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the Cardholder is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer and its benefits by use of the Debit Card of the Bank.
Any Cardholder availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted the Offer terms and conditions.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Cardholders to note that the Devices given by the Bank are manufactured by respective manufacturers and Bank shall not be held responsible for any defect/deficiency in the said Devices. The Devices shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Warranty as may be provided by the respective manufacturer and the Cardholder shall ensure to take all actions as may be required to activate the Warranty as specified therein. Any dispute with regard to quality/defect in the said Devices shall be taken up by the Cardholder independently with manufacturer without any reference to the Bank.
