It is a named-peril policy covering the following perils :

Fire and Lightning.
Explosion/Implosion.
Storm, Cyclone, Typhoon, Tempest, Hurricane, Tornado, Flood and Inundation.
Bush fire, forest fire, Jungle fire; Impact Damage; Earthquake; and Theft within 7 days from occurrence of insured events.
Subsidence and Landslide including Rockslide.
Bursting/overflowing of water tanks, apparatus and pipes.
Missile testing operations.
Leakage from automatic sprinkler installations.
Riot, Strike and Malicious Damage.
