Chola MS Bharat Sookshma Udyam Suraksha is meant for enterprises where the total value at risk across all insurable asset classes at one location is not exceed ₹ 5 Crore at the policy commencement date.

This policy is applicable for Offices, Hotels, Shops, Industrial/Manufacturing risks, Utilities, storage risks, and Tank farms/Gas holders located outside the compound of industrial/manufacturing risks

• Building and structures-a shed, flat, house, unit of a building, basement, “with or without additional structures”.
• Plant and machinery-equipment, machinery, pipes and cables, spares, computers, servers and preloaded licensed system software, machines under repair, machines taken on hire or lease, or any system of purchase of goods, foundation, bedding or setting of the machines, or accessories of machines.
• Stock including finished goods, semi-finished goods, stock in process, raw material, packing material, job works, goods held in trust, stock in open
• Other contents-furniture and fixtures, office equipment, telephone equipment, electronic equipment, computers etc.

• Garage, out-houses, security sheds, towers, veranda or porch, tanks, compound walls, retaining walls, fences and gates, internal roads, 
• Lifts, hoists,
• Solar panels, wind turbines and air conditioning systems, central heating systems, security systems and cameras, electrical installations, fire alarm, fire sprinkler systems, power lines, power installations.
• Water, gas and sewage pipeline within the premises

Who can purchase the policy?

“Since this Insurance policy is a commercial policy, it can be bought by anyone who has business property.

• It can be purchased by the following
• Any person who owns a property for business
• Person who is a tenant of the business property
• Lessee or purchaser of the business property
• Person who holds a business property as trustee on commission
• Person who is responsible for the business property and liable for availing insurance.”
