IndusForex General Terms and Conditions
- Purpose of transaction does not involve, and is not designed / intended or will result in any contravention or evasion of the provisions of the applicable law (including Foreign Exchange Management Act or of any rule, regulation, notification, direction or order) in force from time to time.
- An Order will be booked for every underlying Foreign Exchange transaction. Customers should ensure all the necessary documents (Non IBL Account holders) should be uploaded and necessary payment should be completed within 24 hours of the said transaction. Non completion of any one of the actionable by the customer within 24 hours and/or if the customer has not submitted documents and taken delivery of Foreign Exchange will lead to cancellation of Orders booked by the Bank without any prior notice. Any cancellation so carried out will be basis the Bank’s Card Rate (Available in  https://www.indusind.bank.in/) and the applicable swap, loss will be recovered by the Bank from the amount being paid as part of transaction completion.
- Name as per PAN Number should match with the Customer Name, failing which transaction is bound to be cancelled.
- Name as per Aadhaar should match with the Customer Name, failing which transaction is bound to be cancelled.
- Any refund arising out of cancellation of the transaction will be processed in 7 Working days.
- Any refund arising out of failure of transaction will be processed in 5 working days.
- Negative match arising out of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) / OFAC (The Office of Foreign Assets Control) checks will lead to cancellation of transaction.
- In addition to all liens upon, and rights of set-off against the monies, securities or other property of the Customer given to the Bank by applicable law, the Bank shall have a lien upon and a right of set off against, all monies, securities and other property of the Customer now or hereafter in the possession of or on deposit with the Bank whether held in a general or special account or deposit, or for safe keeping or otherwise; and every such lien and right of set-off may be exercised without demand upon or notice to the relevant Customer.
- In the event if there is any negative balance in your card including but not limited due to error in merchant settlements, regulatory fees levied by authorized entity etc, Bank shall be authorized to recover and set-off the balance by debiting, without any prior written consent, from :
- other currency wallet(s) with positive balance value of the same card;
- any other Forex card(s)/IndusInd Credit Card(s) mapped to you; and/or
- by debiting any of your savings, current or any other bank account(s) maintained by you with our Bank from time to time.
- For the old single currency cards (Prefix 4545) that are unused and inactive, a quarterly BIN migration charges of INR 1000 plus GST will be levied from the date of last transaction
- For cards that are unused or inactive for a period for 18 months and above, there would be quarterly charge of INR 250 plus GST payable by the Customer to the Bank
- IndusInd Bank reserves the right to onboard different channel partners from where the retail forex transactions can be sourced, some of which are - Authorized Dealers (AD II), in-house online platform - IndusForex, Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited (BFDL), Paytm, etc.
- OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE, SUSPEND OR CANCEL OF TRANSCATIONS.
a. We may refuse any Transaction Request, Payment Request or Transaction at any time for any reason (or cancel it where relevant). Notwithstanding this, we set out here some examples of when that may occur.
b. We may, in our absolute discretion, refuse or cancel Transaction Requests or Transactions where we believe that the Service is being used, whether by you or the Recipient, in furtherance of illegal, fraudulent or prohibited activities.
c. We may, in our absolute discretion, refuse or cancel Transaction Requests or Transactions from certain Senders or to certain Payees, including but not limited to entities and individuals on restricted or prohibited lists issued from time to time by any government authorities and Reserve Bank Of India (RBI), if we are required to do so by law, or where we have reason to believe processing the Transaction Requests would violate anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws and regulations. We may refuse to process a Transaction funded from certain Payment Instruments where we have reason to believe the security of the Payment Instrument has been compromised or where we suspect the unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Payment Instrument.
d. We may, in our absolute discretion, refuse or cancel Transaction Requests, Payment Requests or Transactions if: IndusInd Bank is unable to verify your identity and beneficiary identity.
e. We may, in our absolute discretion, refuse or cancel Transaction, In the event of cancellation any refund will be calculated at the current prevailing exchange rate on the date when you receive the refund which may cause a foreign exchange loss due to the foreign currency fluctuation.

- Offer valid for new forex card orders only.
- Card load value should be equivalent or higher than Rs. 49,000.
- If multiple currencies are loaded in one order, total load value will be considered and should be equal to or greater than Rs. 49,000.
- Voucher redemption details will be shared with the customer by mail/SMS after order authorization.
- This voucher entitles you to get voucher/s upto Rs.1000 to be redeemed on ride on Uber Mobile app.
- Cabs will be provided subject to availability.
- This Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd and is useable at Uber.
- Please follow these steps to redeem the Gift Card in the Uber app:
a. Go to the payment section in the Uber app
b. Tap "Add Payment Method" and select "Gift Card"
c. Enter your gift code
d. You can now see Uber credits added to your account
- Once a gift card is added to an Uber account, it can't be transferred. You can't reload a gift card but you can add as many gift cards as you like with each upto a maximum of Rs 10,000.
- This Cab voucher cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the vendor shall under no circumstance exchange the voucher for cash.
- Valid for a period of 30 days from the date of activation and shall expire if not availed within the validity period.
- Gift cards can only be added through the Uber app; Gift cards are redeemable only on Uber app.
- Gift cards are available within India in cities where Uber is available.
- Uber Gift Cards can also be redeemed partially, as many times as the user wishes to until its balance is consumed or the Gift Card expires, whichever is earlier.
- Some in-store and corporate offers may not be valid on this card.
- Uber Gift Cards cannot be returned/refunded.
- This Gift Card can be redeemed when setting up a new Uber account. Also redeemable on an existing account by applying the code noted on the card to that account.
- The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

- User flow for loading Gift Card value into Uber's User Account: Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to insert the claim code of the Gift Card into their Uber User Account as a prerequisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. This will entitle such holders to redeem the value of such claim code against services on the Uber app/website.
- Uber shall honor and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.

- IndusInd Bank has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion
- Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on IndusInd Bank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the time the Offer Period ends

Terms & Conditions – “ Ticket to FIFA WORLD CUP 2026 – USA ” Customer Campaign
1. Introduction & Objective
- These Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern participation in the “Ticket to FIFA World Cup 2026 – USA” campaign (“Campaign”) organized by IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”). The objective of the Campaign is to reward eligible Bank customers using IndusInd Bank Forex Cards with match ticket(s) to the FIFA World Cup 2026 (“Reward”), subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- By participating in the Campaign, the Participant expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and waives any claims or rights of action against the Bank in relation to the Campaign and/or the Reward.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Participant(s)” means an eligible customer of the Bank who holds a valid IndusInd Bank Forex Card and participates in the Campaign in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
“Eligible Transactions” means Point-of-Sale (POS) and E-commerce (Ecom) transactions made using the Participant’s IndusInd Bank Forex Card during the Campaign Period. For clarity, ATM withdrawals, cash withdrawals, and wallet loads are excluded and will not be considered for spend calculation.
“Winner” means the Participant selected by the Bank as per Clause 8 below.
“Reward/Match Ticket(s)” means ticket(s) to a FIFA World Cup 2026 match, subject to applicable third‑party terms including but not limited to FIFA, the ticketing authority, VISA and any partner (as may be applicable).
“Ticketing Authority/Partner” means any third party responsible for issuing or facilitating the Reward (including but not limited to FIFA, stadium / venue operator, authorized reseller, or VISA partner, as applicable).
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign will be valid from April  1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other dates as may be notified by the Bank at its sole discretion (“Campaign Period”). Transactions outside the Campaign Period will not be considered.
4. Eligibility Criteria
To participate the Participant must:
- Conduct Eligible transactions (POS/Ecom) during the Campaign Period.
- Be an existing IndusInd Bank customer with a valid IndusInd Bank Forex Card.
- Hold a valid US visa and possess a confirmed ticket to travel to US during the FIFA World Cup 2026 event period.
- Comply at all times with applicable KYC/AML and Banking regulations and the Bank’s internal policies.
The Bank reserves the right to seek documentary evidence to verify eligibility (including identity, card status, visa validity, and travel itineraries) and to disqualify any Participant found engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5. Spend Criteria & Participation
- AÂ minimum cumulative spend of USD 10,000Â via Eligible Transactions (Ecom /POS) during the Campaign Period is mandatory to qualify. Eligible Transactions shall exclude ATM withdrawals, cash withdrawals, and wallet loads.
- Only total spend during the Campaign Period will be evaluated. (Spends from prior or subsequent months outside this period will not be considered).
- Participation is automatic based on Eligible Transactions; no separate entry is required.
6. Reward Details – (FIFA World Cup 2026 Match Ticket(s)
- The Reward / Match Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
- The Reward includes match tickets only. All other expenses including travel, accommodation, visa, insurance taxes and other incidental / ancillary costs are to be borne solely by the Winner.
- The category, seat allocation, match selection, and number of ticket(s), if not expressly specified, shall be determined by the Bank and/or Ticketing Authority/Partner at their sole discretion, subject to availability and applicable policies.
7. Third‑Party Terms
The issuance, validity, redemption, and usage of Match Ticket(s) are governed by third‑party terms including but not limited to FIFA rules, venue/stadium regulations, security protocols, and VISA / Ticketing Authority / Partner terms and conditions. The Bank is neither responsible nor liable for any issue(s), defect(s), denial of access, cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or dispute(s) relating to the Rewards or Match Ticket(s) or match event(s) attributable to third parties.
8. Winner Selection
- The Winner will be selected solely on the basis of highest Eligible Transaction spend during the Campaign period, subject to fulfillment of all eligibility and verifications requirements.
- The Bank will verify eligibility of the Participant including visa and travel documentation prior to confirming the Winner.
- The Bank’s decision with respect to the Winner selection and Reward fulfillment shall be final and binding.
- If any shortlisted Participant fails verification or is ineligible, the Bank may select the next highest eligible spender.
9. Fulfillment, Timelines & Communication
- The Bank will communicate with the Winner on the registered contact details available in Bank records. Failure to respond or provide required documentation within the specified time may lead to forfeiture.
- The Bank may deliver the Reward either digitally (e-ticket) or physically, subject to Ticketing Authority processes. Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to third‑party dependencies.
10. Taxes, Costs & Travel
Any and all taxes, duties, levies, and surcharges arising from receipt or use of the Reward shall be borne by the Winner.
The Bank shall not be responsible for making any travel arrangements (including flights, hotels, visas or insurance). The Winner must ensure valid travel documents and compliance with entry requirements for the United States and the host venues.
11. Right to Modify / Suspend / Withdraw
The Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, withdraw, or discontinue the Campaign and/ or to suspend/disqualify any Participant at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable for any inconvenience or loss in connection therewith.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary), including without limitation personal injury, negligence, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of privacy, or any pecuniary loss, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with:
- Participation in or inability to participate in the Campaign;
- Any inaccuracy, error, delay, defect, dispute, denial of access, or cancellation/postponement/rescheduling attributable to the Ticketing Authority/Partner, FIFA, venue operator, or any other third party in connection with the Reward / Match Ticket;
- Technical errors, delays, or failures in transaction processing or Campaign operations;
- Security incidents or protocol changes at venue/stadium or border/immigration authorities;
- Any Force Majeure Event (as defined below).
The Reward does not constitute any obligation or endorsement by the Bank of the Ticketing Authority/Partner or the match event(s).
13. Data Privacy & Consent
By participating, the Participant consents to the Bank’s use of their personal data (including name, contact details, transaction metrics, and KYC data) for Campaign administration, verification, communication, and Reward fulfillment, in accordance with applicable laws and the Bank’s privacy policy. Data may be shared with the Ticketing Authority/Partner strictly for fulfillment and compliance purposes.
14. Force Majeure
The Bank shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance (including Reward availability or fulfillment) due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, border closures, venue restrictions, system failures, or third‑party cancellations (“Force Majeure Event”).
15. Fraud, Misuse & Disqualification
The Bank reserves the right to audit transactions and disqualify any Participant for fraud, misuse, abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Bank’s determination on disqualification shall be final.
16. No Alteration to Banking Relationship
These Terms & Conditions are solely applicable to the Campaign and do not constitute, relate to, or alter the Participant’s banking relationship, account terms, cardholder agreement, or any other product/service terms of the Bank.
17. Publicity & Communications
Subject to applicable law, the Winner may be requested to participate in publicity, including name/photo/city mentions in Campaign communications. The Bank will obtain consent where required.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and the Campaign are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
19. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Any waiver must be in writing and shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision.
20. Contact & Queries
For queries related to the Campaign, Participants may contact the Bank via official customer service channels. The Bank’s records shall be conclusive and binding for the purposes of Campaign administration.
21. Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version as published/communicated by the Bank shall apply.
Uber Ride Vouchers(Reload Campaign)
Voucher Validity
- Â Uber vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
How to Redeem
1. Download and open the Uber mobile application.
2. Click on Account and navigate to Wallet.
3. Select Add Voucher Code.
4. Enter the voucher code and click Apply.
5. The voucher value will be applied to eligible trips until the balance is exhausted or the voucher expires.
Terms & Conditions
- Â Uber vouchers can be redeemed only on the Uber mobile application.
- Â The voucher must be applied before confirming the ride.
- Â Vouchers cannot be redeemed during an ongoing trip.
- Â The voucher value will be deducted from the ride fare automatically once applied.
- Â If the ride fare exceeds the voucher value, the remaining amount must be paid using any other available payment method.
- Â If the ride fare is lower than the voucher value, the unused balance will remain available for future rides.
- Â Voucher balance can be used multiple times until it is fully consumed or expires.
- Â Uber vouchers cannot be used for Auto rides.
- Â Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
