Domestic Airport Lounge Program on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards:

Enjoy complimentary lounge access at select domestic airports across India with your IndusInd Bank Debit Card.

Domestic Airport Lounge Access is available on select IndusInd Bank Debit Cards, as per the card-specific features and eligibility criteria, as tabulated below. This benefit allows cardholders to relax and refresh in premium airport lounges before their flight.

 

Important feature updates regarding the airport lounge access benefit on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards 

NRI Customers – Domestic Airport Lounge Access Eligibility

Effective 1 August 2026, NRI customers enrolled under eligible banking programs (Select, Exclusive, Grande & Pioneer) can avail complimentary domestic airport lounge access by meeting either of the following criteria during the previous quarter:

• Debit Card Spend Criteria applicable to your debit card variant; or

• Relationship Balance Criteria applicable to your banking program, based on CASA Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) or CASA Average Balance Quarterly (ABQ) plus Fixed Deposit (FD) balance.

Customers meeting either of the above criteria will be eligible for complimentary domestic airport lounge access in the subsequent quarter.

Revised Lounge Eligibility Matrix (Aligned to Existing Program Criteria)

Note:

1. For NRI customers with linked family/group banking relationships, combined balances across eligible linked accounts will be considered for eligibility assessment across the group.

2. NRI Customers who hold a Program Debit Card linked to a non-program account may qualify for lounge access based solely on the basis of debit card spend criteria. The account balance eligibility criteria will not apply to non-program account holders.

3. Balance maintained up to the 25th of the month preceding the quarter will be considered for determining lounge access eligibility for the upcoming quarter. For example: To determine lounge access eligibility for the period 1 October to 31 December, the eligible balance maintained from 1 July to 25 September will be considered.

Illustrative Examples

^# Effective 1st January 2026, complimentary domestic airport lounge access will be available on  Grande and Pioneer Debit Cards  upon meeting a  minimum spend of ₹3,000 in the preceding quarter.  Please refer to the lounge eligibility table for details.

* Effective 15th October 2025, complimentary companion access to domestic airport lounges will be discontinued on Grande and Pioneer Debit Cards. Cardholders will continue to enjoy self-access to lounges at eligible domestic airports, as per the features and limits applicable to their respective debit card variant.

** Effective 1st July 2025, complimentary domestic airport lounge access will be available on Select, Partner, and Exclusive Debit Cards upon meeting a minimum spend of ₹5,000 in the preceding quarter.

Notes:

• For newly on-boarded cardholders, the feature will be available without any condition for the first two calendar quarters of card issuance date. Example: If you’ve got your new debit card on 10th Apr 2025, you are eligible for complimentary lounge access till 30th Sep 2025. However, for the upcoming calendar quarter (Oct - Dec 2025) your complimentary airport lounge benefit will only be valid if you’ve spent a minimum of Rs. 3,000 using Grande/Pioneer debit card or Rs. 5,000 using Select/ Partner/Exclusive debit card from 26th Jun to 25th Sep 2025.
• Only Point-of-Sale (POS) and E-commerce (ECOM) transactions will be considered for calculating quarterly spends on the debit card. ATM withdrawal(s) will not be counted as eligible spends. 

LIST OF DOMESTIC AIRPORT LOUNGES AS PART OF DEBIT CARD LOUNGE ACCESS PROGRAMME (w.e.f. 1st AUGUST 2025)

Effective 1st August 2025, the list of eligible complimentary Domestic Airport lounges on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards will be revised to the below 62 lounges across India through the Debit Card Airport Lounge Program.

Terms and conditions: 

• The access to the lounge will be available on a first come first serve basis.  
• Bypass queue facility is applicable wherever available.  
• Access to the lounge is subject to availability.  
• Participating Lounges reserves the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator who may impose a charge for extended stays.  
• Before extending Lounge access, lounge will verify the name on the Boarding pass/Ticket. In case of name mismatch, lounge team may deny access.  
• The entitled benefits for the card members are non-transferable.  
• The provision of free alcoholic drinks (wherever local law permits) is at the discretion of each  
• Participating Lounge operator and in some cases may be limited. Eligible customers should make prior inquiries before ordering any separate alcoholic drinks apart from the general free flow offered and will be responsible for paying any charges for additional consumption directly to the participating lounge.  
• Lounge staff will be responsible for checking customer’s eligibility to extend the lounge access and will record the usage via DreamFolks provided System.  
• Each lounge follows its food offerings and child policy, Eligible customers should make prior inquiries with the lounge before entry.  
• Lounge has the right to terminate the lounge visit early or to refuse entry to any Customer who is intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the lounge conditions and for any statutory, regulatory, or airport/railways policy reasons including but not limited to health and safety policies or fire safety regulations.  
• Once the free visits are not available, the visit gets charged as per the walk-in price of the lounge or the charges applicable on web-access portal/EDC machine  
• By booking/availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service Receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service read, understood, and agreed to be bound by, without limitation and/ or qualification, all terms and conditions associated with the Service.  
• A non-refundable authorization charge of INR 2/- will be charged to validate all VISA network Debit Cards.  
• A refundable authorization charge of INR 25/- will be charged to validate all Mastercard network Debit Cards.
