Terms & Conditions for IndusInd Bank Credit Card Referral Program

Eligibility:

• The referral program is open to existing IndusInd Bank Credit Card holders only.
• The unique referral link is shared to existing card holders through Whatsapp/SMS which can be shared with their friends and family.
• The referred person must not have an existing IndusInd Bank Credit Card.

Referral Process:

• The referring cardholder must use the referral link/code provided by IndusInd Bank and the referred person must apply for the credit card using the same unique referral link/code during the offer period.
• Successful referral is counted when the card is issued to the referee.

Rewards:

• The referring cardholder will receive an Amazon Gift Voucher worth Rs. 500 upon each successful referral.
• Voucher will be shared on registered phone number via SMS/Whatsapp within 90 days of successful card issual.

Program Limits:

• The referral program is subject to a maximum pay out of Rs. 1,000 per calendar month per referring cardholder.

General Terms:

• IndusInd Bank reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change, or vary all or any of the offer terms and conditions, or to withdraw the offer altogether at its discretion without prior notice.
• The voucher is non-transferable, and the brand of the voucher may change without prior notice.
• Offer period shall mean the period commencing from 1st April 2023 to 28th Feb 2025 (both days inclusive)
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
• The cardholder shall bear any tax liability that arises from availing the offer.
• IndusInd Bank is not responsible for the delivery of SMS/Whatsapp to the customer and will not be held liable for any non-delivery issues caused by mobile network issues, DND activation by customers, or personal email settings of the customer.
• The entrants/customers shall not hold IndusInd Bank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which an entrant/customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the offer.
