Participation and Eligibility

• This is a limited time offer where in customer has to login to the IndusMobile app in that calendar month (i.e on or before the last day of month when the customer receives the communication)
• The offer is only applicable for customers who have been communicated with the offer (via Email, SMS, Mobile push notification)

Timeline

• This is a limited time offer and Indusind reserves the right to revoke the offer at any point of time.

Redemption

• The winners will receive cashback/vouchers/rewards within 45 – 90 days of eligibility.

Terms and conditions

• Customers will get gift vouchers/cashback/rewards (Amount as mentioned in the communication) post meeting eligibility criteria
• The redemption process will be informed only to the winners post transaction analysis by IndusInd 
• Indusind will not be responsible for any disputes related to the coupon issuing party or for the merchant for whom the gift voucher has been issued
• Gift vouchers will be governed by the terms and conditions as highlighted by the merchant or the issuer
• Indusind reserves the right to change the gift amount as per situation
• Offer is only valid for customers who have been communicated about the offer
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one bank account
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one customer ID
• The offer can only be redeemed once against one registered mobile number
• This offer is not exchangeable for "cash" or for sale.
• Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and is for one time use and is not transferable.
• In no case whatsoever can the discount amount be refunded, encashed or partly encashed.

• All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction

General Reward point based offers Terms and conditions:

• Reward points maybe expired as per policy by Indusind Bank
• Reward points will be added on to the debit card of the user
• It may take upto 90 days for rewards to be reflected on the designated debit card
