IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought ICC Men’s World Cup 2024 limited merchandise offer(s) [T-Shirt, Coffee Mug & cricket ball] (“Offer”) for its savings account holders (‘Customer(s)’).

The Offer is valid from 14th June, 2024 to 29th June, 2024 (‘Offer Period’).

Cricket Ball	Eligibility Criteria: 1. Customer(s) must download and register on the IndusMobile App and book an Fixed Deposit (FD) or Recurring Deposit (RD) from the app. 2. FD must be booked for a minimum amount of Rs. 1 Lakh with a tenure of 12 months or more; Or RD must be booked for a minimum amount of Rs. 5,000 per month with a tenure of 12 months or more. 3. Top 100 Customer(s) booking the FD(s) or RD(s) for the maximum amount and satisfying the eligibility criteria will get an ICC Cricket Ball from the Bank for each of the FD & RD Disqualification Criteria: 1. The funds added in the account to be maintained till the end of the month. Disqualification Criteria: 1. This offer is not eligible for active accouns.And inactive accounts 2. Terms & Conditions

This Offer is valid only during the Offer Period only.
The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary
A Customer(s) is eligible for one merchandise only under the Offer.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer(s) from the benefits of this Offer inter alia for events like unusual transaction pattern that may indicate collusion between employee and Customer(s) OR recycling of funds via the link/ wallets/fund transfers.
The Bank shall not be responsible in case mobile number/email id/communication address is not registered or registered mobile number/email/communication address is not valid/updated or in case of any technical issue, Bank will not be liable for non-receipt of Promotional SMS or for non-receipt of merchandise.
In case of joint holders, only the primary account holder will be eligible for the Offer.
The Customer(s) shall be responsible for reviewing these term and conditions & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the Offer.
Tax liability, if any, to be borne by the Customer(s).
The Bank shall neither be responsible for guaranteed delivery of SMS/Emails/WhatsApp to the Customer(s) and shall not be liable for non-delivery of the same arising due to mobile network issues, DND activation by Customer(s), and personal email settings of Customer(s).
The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Customer(s).
The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered as a result of availing the Offer.
The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
The participation of the Customer(s) in the Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Offer.
The Bank does not warrant, represent or guarantee the quality of goods/ services availed by the Customer(s) from the merchants.Accordingly, Customer(s) shall not make any claim or seek compensation against the Bank in relation to any loss, damage, expense suffered in relation to non-fulfillment by the participating merchants under this Offer.
The Bank, at its sole discretion, can decide the Customer(s) who are eligible to avail this Offer. The decision of the Bank will be considered as final and binding for rewarding the Customer(s).
In all matters relating to the Offer(s), the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the account and shall at all times be read along with terms of the customer Agreement and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the customer Agreement, then terms of the customer Agreement to prevail the present conditions
These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
Customer(s) to note that the merchandise given by the Bank as a reward under this Offer are manufactured by respective manufacturers and the Bank shall not be held responsible for any defect/deficiency in the said merchandise. Any dispute with regard to quality/defect in the said merchandise shall be taken up by the Customer(s) independently with manufacturer without any reference to the Bank.
The Bank may change/opt out of the offer any time at the sole discretion of the Bank.
