A transaction maybe applicable for either an Instant discount offer or a deferred Cashback offer, as applicable and available at merchant store.
The Offer details as applicable will be configured in Pine Labs terminal and printed on the transaction chargeslip.
Instant discount will be given upfront at time of transaction.
Deferred Cashback to be Credit after 90 days in customer account.
Offer is valid only once per Card per month
Applicable only on EMI transactions at Pine Labs POS terminals

Terms and Conditions

The Instant discount offer will be applied in the transaction amount at point of sale as OEM discount.
Where deferred Cashback offer is applicable, it will be posted to customer account by 30 Nov ’23.
Customers can avail the offer only once per calendar month during the offer period.
No two offers from the Bank can be clubbed together e.g. If there are 2 offers from the Bank that are applicable to a purchase, the Offer mentioned on the transaction EDC charge-slip will be applicable.
The Offer / cashback is over and above any EMI Cashback/Manufacturer cashback given by the OEM/Brand for ‘No-cost EMI’.
Offer applicable only on IndusInd Debit Card EMI transactions.
The transaction should be done only on the Pine Labs EDC machine, and the cashback offer should be mentioned on the transaction charge-slip. The Offer will be considered valid only on transactions processed under 'Brand EMI' option on Pine Labs machine.
The Rate of interest as mentioned on the product webpage of the Bank shall be applicable against respective tenures. Rate of interest shall be calculated on monthly reducing balance.
In case of cancellation/return of your order or foreclosure of the Debit Card EMI, transaction will not qualify for the Offer under this program.
IBL customer is under no obligation to purchase the product under this offer.

If the Credit Card EMI is pre-closed for any reason or the original transaction is cancelled/refunded, the customer will not be eligible for cash back.
Final approval for any cash back program shall be at the sole discretion of IndusInd Bank and is subject to the Cardholder’s performance on the Debit Card.
In event of any complaints & dispute, customer will be asked to provide the copy of transaction EDC charge-slip and Invoice. Customers are advised to retain transaction charge-slip till 120 days post transaction.
IndusInd Bank reserves the right at any time without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this scheme by another scheme, whether similar to this scheme or not, or to withdraw it altogether. Which if done shall be binding on the cardholder and the cardholder shall abide by the said rules. If withdrawn, those who have opted shall continue to get the right to pay through EMIs for the already approved conversion.
