Terms & Conditions for a free 2 month Zepto Pass offer on IndusInd Bank Debit Cards

Introduction:

• IndusInd Bank Limited (‘Bank’) has brought a free 2 month Zepto Pass offer(s) (“Offer”) for its customers (“Cardholder(s)”) holding Bank’s select valid and active debit card(s) [Rupay, Mastercard and VISA] (“Debit Card”).

Offer Period:

• The Offer is valid from 1st August 2024 to 31st December 2024 (‘Offer Period’).

OFFERS: Below mentioned offers are made available by the Bank for the customers.

• Offer: Get a free 2 month Zepto Pass on completing the first payment transaction on your IndusInd Bank Debit Card during the Offer Period

Eligibility:

• Offer is open to Select Debit Cardholders of the Bank and who will receive communication regarding the offer (“Select Cardholders”).
• Offer is valid only for transactions done and settled during Offer Period. Here, term “settled” means, transactions which are successfully posted to Bank’s server. If any transaction for which settlement is done at a later date (outside Offer Period) due to delayed settlement by merchant or what so ever reason, Bank will not be obliged to offer any benefit for that and the such transaction will not be counted as eligible spend.
• The Select Cardholder is required to make at least one e-commerce (online) or point-of-sale (POS) (offline) transaction during the Offer Period to be eligible for the Offer.
• Offer is valid on both offline and online transactions made on the eligible Debit Card.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

• Unique Zepto Pass Code, redeemable on Zepto App will be sent to the Eligible Cardholder’s in the form Email and/or SMS within the offer period

Zepto Pass Terms and Conditions:

For availing the Zepto Pass, Cardholder shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Zepto Pass as stipulated by Zepto below, but not limited to:

• Offer can be redeemed only once per user
• Offer can only be availed in the geographies in which Zepto is available
• This Zepto Pass offer provides you with benefits at no cost for a period of 60 days
• Users who have subscribed to Zepto Pass in the last 6 months are not eligible
• After redemption of the offer, you can confirm the end date on the Zepto Pass page
• Zepto reserves the rights to modify or revoke the offer along with its Terms & Conditions at any time, without any prior notice
• The offer is not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service

General Terms and Conditions:

• Offer(s) shall remain valid during the Offer Period only.
• Cardholder(s) will be eligible to get Offer(s) only once during the Offer Period. ATM transaction(s) made on the Debit Card is/are not eligible for this Offer(s).
• Any transaction reversal/ refund in either full/partial on the Debit Card, will not be considered for this Offer(s).
• Account status and Debit Card status of the eligible Cardholder must be active at the time of receiving reward/prize under this Offer(s).
• Regular Terms and Conditions applicable on Debit Cards will continue to apply.
• The participation in the Offer(s) is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• The Offer(s) is applicable on the domestic and/or international transactions made by the Cardholder(s) with the Debit Card.
• If the Cardholder(s) cease(s) to be the Cardholder(s) at any time before rewards are given/credited to the Cardholder under the Offer, all the benefits under the Offer(s) shall lapse and shall not be available to the Cardholder(s).
• Any Cardholder participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and these terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank. • The Bank reserves the right at any time without any prior notice to add, alter or modify all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the Offer(s) by any other offer, whether similar to this Offer(s) or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice to the Cardholder(s).
• Any queries in respect to this Offer can be raised by the Cardholder(s) with the Bank through phone banking within India at 18602677777 and outside India at 022-44066666.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respect.
• All applicable Government duties, taxes and levies including but not limited to GST, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., will be payable by the Cardholder(s).
• The Bank may at its sole discretion extend the Offer Period or revoke the Offer earlier as it may deem fit.
• This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, notifications etc. as may be applicable from time to time.
• The Bank reserves the right to disqualify at its sole discretion the Cardholder from the Offer and its benefits, if any fraudulent activity on the part of the Cardholder is identified for the purpose of availing the Offer and its benefits by use of the Debit Card of the Bank.
• Any Cardholder availing this Offer will be deemed to have accepted the Offer terms and conditions.
• Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
• These terms & conditions of the Offer shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
