General Terms and conditions

Offer is valid on bank’s selected savings account variants only.
Limited number of Zomato Gold Membership available for distribution under this Offer. The fulfilment will happen on a first-come-first serve basis.
Participation in the offer is voluntary
A Customer is eligible for one membership only under the Offer
In case of joint account only primary account holder will be eligible for the offer
The customer shall be responsible for reviewing these Term and Conditions & shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions on accepting the offer
Customer needs to activate Zomato Gold Membership within 30 days of receiving the voucher code on registered email address, voucher code will expire post 30 days and customer will not be able to get the benefit of the Zomato Gold Membership
For availing benefits under Zomato for Gold Membership, customer shall be bound by Terms and Conditions as may be stipulated by Zomato
Customer’s Savings Account must be active and not to be closed at the time of offer processing.
In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
The Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this offer or to withdraw it altogether without giving prior notice.
The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing the savings account and shall at all times be read along with such terms and conditions, and such other terms and conditions that the Bank may deem appropriate in its sole discretion. Any irreconcilable contradiction between the terms and conditions contained herein and the terms and conditions governing the savings account, then terms and conditions governing the savings account shall prevail.
Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
