Mr. Rakesh Bhatia (Chairman of the CSR Committee)
Mr. Rakesh Bhatia holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Honours Course) from University of Mumbai and completed two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mr. Rakesh Bhatia has worked in Banking and Financial Services for around 37 years. Mr. Bhatia have over three decades of experience as a Banker having worked in different parts of the world. Over the last seven years, he has focused on the digital & technology space as Venture builder/Strategic Advisor of B2C/B2B Fintech companies in S E Asia and India. Based on his extensive experience, he brings expertise in Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Fintech, General Banking, Risk & Governance.
Mr. Rajiv Anand (Managing Director & CEO)
Mr. Rajiv Anand is a distinguished banker with over 35 years of experience across the financial services industry. Over the course of his illustrious career, he has held pivotal management roles at leading global and Indian financial institutions, earning recognition for his expertise in Capital Markets and Banking. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, Mr. Anand served as the Deputy Managing Director at Axis Bank, where he oversaw critical businesses including Wholesale Banking and Digital Banking, in addition to support functions such as Marketing and Corporate Communications. He began his journey with Axis Group in 2009 as the founding Managing Director & CEO of Axis Asset Management Co., where he successfully built a strong business model and team in a short span of time. He later took charge as President – Retail Banking at Axis Bank, leading the business to achieve several key milestones over a five-year tenure. His contributions were further recognized through his induction into the Board of the Bank and his subsequent leadership of Wholesale Banking, where he drove growth, profitability, and sustainability. As Deputy Managing Director at Axis Bank, he also represented the industry as a member of the National Committee of Banking at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Mr. Anand is a Commerce graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant. Mr. Rajiv Anand is a director on the Board of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry and does not hold any other full-time position in any other company or body corporate.
Mr. Rajiv Agarwal
Mr. Rajiv Agarwal, B. Sc. in Physics, followed by 2 years course in Materials Science in Cranfield Institute of Technology in the UK. Mr. Agarwal has around 38 years of experience in ‘Small Scale Industries’ segment. Mr. Agarwal had started his career in the family business at JG Vacuum Flasks Pvt Ltd. manufacturers of thermos flasks and vacuum refills, with significant exports to Europe. During his career, Mr Agarwal has been a promotor in several small-scale ventures, primarily manufacturing concerns. Mr Agarwal is presently working as a Director in Rightsource Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Autopress India Pvt Ltd. He is also a partner in Sensory Solutions. Rightsource Technologies Pvt Ltd is a Consulting Company working as a local strategic buying office for large international company manufacturing home and kitchen appliances and cookware. Sensory Solutions is a firm in partnership with his sons. The activity is to conduct training programs with corporate as well as individual customers. Autopress India Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturing company making high end cookware. Autopress was one of the first companies to bring the Indian market “Triply” cookware “made in India” under the brand name of STAHL. This brand, in a short period of 5 years, has pan India presence. STAHL is there in about 1400 top retail counters across India. STAHL has also brought to the market the first Triply Pressure Cooker to the market in India.
